Nice trainers exactly what I ordered

Ordered a pair of Tom’s for my son, initial ordering was easy and received a confirmation email quickly all seemed well.
Shoes arrived and the box was damaged (not an issue) until I got the Toms out, they had a label attached but were all marked, not even one mark there were multiple across the whole of the base of the shoe.
Clearly they’re going to get dirty when worn, but I don’t expect to buy “brand new” shoes with marks all over the side of the sole on both, contacted customer services they apologised and just said return them, not brilliant service at all.

Quick shipping, great prices, and a quality product! I love my new shoes and look forward to shopping here again.

Abwicklung und Versand durch von 4feetshoes beauftragten UPS war eine absolute Katastrophe. Allein die Laufzeit vom 19.03. - 10.04.2026 ist völlig inakzeptabel.
Uns hat insbesondere sehr geärgert, dass die Fehlleistung von UPS auf den Zoll geschoben wurde.
Die Sendung war bereits am 01.04. „in Zustellung“, wir haben den ganzen Tag gewartet. Erneute Zustellung war für den 09.04. avisiert, wir haben wieder umsonst gewartet. Dies war auch sehr ärgerlich, weil seitens UPS immer wieder erklärt wurde, dass der Empfänger persönlich unterschreiben müsse. Die Sendung wurde heute jedoch OHNE Unterschrift ausgehändigt.
Wir werden dort nie wieder bestellen und niemals mehr UPS nutzen!

I ordered a pair of samoa adidas id say about a week ago they said shipping would take 7-10 days which was true and the shoes are brand new with the box tags and everything I highly recommend them I had doubts at first but I will most definitely continue to shop with them

Very good experience. Has the trainers that I couldn’t get anywhere else. Order sent out quickly.
Only moan was the box was battered but that could have been done by the courier.

When I ordered my shoes I should have received a 10% discount at checkout but this did not happen but when I emailed customer services about this Nicole was very prompt in replying and sorting this out and refunded this for me the shoes arrived as scheduled Nd are very good I'm really pleased with them and would definitely order again from 4feetshoes I gave 4 stars as I think there should always be room for improvement.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I’ll be posting a full TikTok about it shortly, but I also wanted to warn others. Do not pay for extra delivery. My parcel was marked as delivered and someone signed for it but it wasn’t me. I’ve lost £150 and am now trying to recover the money through PayPal because this company’s customer service is useless. I understand that Royal Mail is responsible on one side but not responsible, as it’s the seller’s responsibility to refund me, but they are doing nothing to help no apology, nothing. But I paid extra for a tracking delivery in exchange of signature. Please use other companies like END or OFFICE instead. Don’t be misled by their prices it’s a scam. It’s been about a month now, and I’m still furious. At this point, I’m even considering reporting it to the police.
