I did buy 4 VIP-tickets to PSG game 3.6.2023. After purchase they send me message, that all Vip are sold, but they give seats upper places and after game some free drinks at vip-area. I did not want to go upper so i wanted good seats low and long side. Then they wanted more money because low seats cost more than VIP?. There was many emails and every time everything did change at those emails. They give us seats where you can't see match or stadium nicely. Next of us some family had paid each one ticket 200€ less than we did. My child had to sit far away from us on the steps because she did not see nothing and rest of family did not see also anything. You promise us Life Time experiece and that you really give us! This company STEAL your money!
They use many different emails and site names 365tickets.co.uk, sportsevents365.com, lippu365.com etc.
Horrible and disgraceful service
Horrible service with 365 tickets global, International borders are being closed and still no news or any response from anyone. We had to shut down our business as we had Zero business in the last 6months. This is most disgraceful service.
Awful communication
I was due to fly to disneyland paris in June 2020 but with the Covid pandamic asked tickets 365 for a refund. I was informed they cannot give refunds and offered me a voucher valid for a year. After several email's i opted for the voucher, that was the only option availabel. I just found out that tickets 365 have gone burst... they didn't bother to inform me seeing i took their offer of voucher. Luckily i paid with my credit card so its a call to them to see if i can get my money back.

Ho acquistato poco prima del lockdown dei biglietti per Disneyland. Ovviamente con Disneyland chiuso per covid ho chiesto il rimborso e mi hanno detto che da Parigi hanno avuto ordine di prolungare la validità per altri 12 mesi del biglietto. Ovviamente il tutto era per non rimborsare i biglietti, infatti tutti i miei amici che hanno prenotato tramite agenzia, hanno ricevuto un rimborso totale emesso con un bonifico da Disneyland. Dopodiché sono spariti nel nulla, non rispondono più alle email, il numero di telefono di Torino è stato disabilitato, una vera e propria truffa. Gente lasciate stare questo sito

Do not have the tickets as the link shared on email is throwing a 404 error!
Disneyland is not helpful either as it is purchased by the agent (365 tickets) & not us directly.

Avoid - Unethical company
I don't understand why companies like this, that are knowingly going to the wall, continue to take money from customers or provide dud vouchers that can never be used instead of giving a refund. I do not know how they live with themselves. Irresponsible unethical individuals like this should never be allowed to run companies or employ people again. I understand some companies will not survive Covid and times are challenging for all but you should still try and behave ethically and conduct yourself with integrity. Pure theft. Shame on you.
365tickets Goes Bust
Unfortunately, 365tickets has gone bust. It is always sad to see a company go to the wall (especially for the staff employed), but even sadder that the directors of the company cannot take the time to contact their customers who have been left out of pocket for tickets purchased. I am currently one of those customers. Hopefully, my request to my credit card will refund the money I am owed. 365tickets will not be the last company to go to the wall. When Covid 19 is a thing of the past, customers will remember which companies have provided a good customer service to their customers and those that haven't will join 365 in history

My holiday has been cancelled to America, therefore I need my money back for the tickets I purchased!!!!
Correspondence started off well, they were quick to take my money, quick to tell me I couldn't have a refund, but would offer me a credit note!!! (I don't want a credit note, I want MY money) I followed the prodcedures they put in place, 'Bookings, after 10th March 2020, cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will be entitled to a full refund or free amendment'
So therefore I am entitled to a refund!!! 11days now with no correspondence!!
Do not waste your money on this company, if its £100 dearer else where your better off spending that £100 with a reputable company that will look after their customers, because you won't get that here!!!

Do not purchase tickets from 365tickets.
Purchased Disneyland California multi day tickets at the cost of just under £1000, that can not be used due to Disney being closed. 365 tickets have repeatedly refused to provide a refund claiming that our contract is now with Disney, who say the opposite. I paid my money to 365 tickets and therefore my contract is with them. The customer service attitude has been disgraceful.

DON'T BUY TICKETS!!!I have just paid out,my last 50.00 to buy a ticket for a 50th birthday treat,for my best friend,for a tour at the palace,and the palace was closed,I didn't know,they took my last 56.00,knowing that the palace was closed of,and issued a ticket,now I can't get my money back,I have done all those London attractions,so a credit,is useless to me!this is very infair,and I will be contacting a consumer rights lawyer,to stop this pocketing,people's monies,in this vulnerable time,it was a gift,)these people are taking advantage,by fobbing,what looks like,lots of people wit a credit voucher,this should stop!take action!!!

365 are refusing to give us a refund for tickets we purchased even through the theme park is closed and we can't travel. The T&Cs relating to Covid 19 have been removed from their website and their customer service is disgusting. When this situation is over I will never purchase tickets from this company again

Really disgraceful conduct. Never use again. They have really destroyed their reputation with their behaviour during this pandemic. Refused full refund despite show being cancelled. Told to think about the hospitality industry instead!
No refunds for Covid-19 issues
I purchased tickets for Universal in California and have asked for a refund for obvious reasons (Covid-19)...they've said 'no' & offered a credit note valid to end of 2021 but that's no good to me. When I originally booked, they said I wouldn't get the tickets until nearer my travel date (end of July) as they don't book them straight away because Universal have strict cancellation policies. So clearly they still have my money (which they've been earning interest on all this time) and there's no reason not to refund it. I have reported them to the CMA and will have to go down the credit card dispute route. Customer service is shocking, especially at this terrible time.
