I pre-ordered this game yesterday and still haven’t received my key. This is honestly ridiculous.

Your support team keeps sending the same copy-paste responses over and over again without actually addressing the issue. It feels like you’re not even reading what I’m saying.

Other websites have already delivered their keys, so what exactly is 2Game doing? Why are you holding back the keys from customers who already paid?

This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate update — not another generic reply.

Ordered a key and got "Contact Support"…

Ordered a key and got "Contact Support" instead of letting me see my keys.

Support have been messing me around even though it says "Order conformed" they are not giving my key...

They have ghosted me and this has been on going for about 4-5 months.

Do not buy from this platform or at least be ready with charge backs.

very bad experience



I have purchased keys from website and when I try to reveal keys the button it said "Please contact support as there is an issue with your order" and I can't get my keys I have sent an email to their support and it been received and is being reviewed by the 2Game support staff. and it's been 4 days I still got no respond back .

03/25/2026 update : they finally send me keys after I asking for update on another email I sent

Don't buy anything on this SCUM…

Don't buy anything on this SCUM website. I bought the game with a discount and I could not reveal the key even though the order was complete. After 5 days from my contact with support 2Game responded "Unfortunately, the product is not available". Funny, because you can still buy Dragonkin: The Banished - Blood Scales Edition on their website. I wanted to play game during the weekend but I wasted 5 days for nothing. Do not buy anything on 2Game, they're gonna lie to you.

Unusable

Agreed with the other most recent post here, this website is unusable, I literally couldn't give them my money because it just doesn't function. Obviously something is going on with these reviews as well they can not be legitimate.

Website doesn't work, censorious to reviews

Website doesn't work at all
They demand you create an account, but the account creation page 404s. Support just tells you to turn your router off and on again.

I suspect this page's Trustpilot ranking is fraudulent.

On top of that, the website's owners had Trustpilot fraudulently remove my review! Proving they are in fact censoring reviews.

This store is a hidden gem

At first i though buying games on sites that weren't steam was a huge risk and therefore i thought my purchase would be a gamble. I was pleasantly surprised

Terrible Key Shop, very bad CS and delivery on Keys

This has to be the worst key shops i had to deal with, communications is not responsive at all, and as others have said, they give the most generic response when you try their customer service.
Context: I preordered Resident Evil Requiem, and it's been over 24 hours, and I have not gotten the key at all, even though I preordered.
Honestly, buy from a different key shop; these guys' quality is just bad and not worth the pain to go through.
