Hired for an issue we had providing a password to a 3rd party for access to our WP site. Within minutes of giving access my retail site goes down and they offer to "fix" it. Repeated requests for what they fixed were responded to in vague responses, however they were relentless in trying to push me onto a $500/year 'solution' of hiring them for security maintenance, backups, etc. (which is done by most if not all host providers as it is. I pay about $70 a year for nightly backups and security checks). They wouldn't answer the most basic questions without first trying to get me to say 'yes' to signing me up for their packages, was probably asked ten times within minutes. Now I get constant emails regarding the same, and have had to block them as they have no unsubscribe link.

They are very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Competitive pricing. They really improved my site.

Well I'm another victim to add to this list.
Thanks to my very efficient and trustworthy Web hosting company we finally caught them out.
After them trying to place links onto my website my website went into critical issue.
I contacted my Web hosting company and they did a full sweep of my website only to find they were placing bad plugins into my website which cause a clear open door to unwanted visitors.
Not only that they also found they planted unauthorized background files and hidden profiles access keys on the server without my consent.
The website platform suffered a security breach due to outdated plugins
The merchant 24x7 WP support attempted to exploit the crisis by demanding an emergency fee of $249 and then cleverly discounted it to $199 to clean up the security failure that they purposely put there.
I firmly rejected this.
The issue was escalated to my web hosting company with their tier 1 support team.
They initiated an immediate automated scan and successfully wiped out an active backdoor script injected into the plugin directly.
A deeper backend forensic audit by my web hosting company flagged a highly suspicious custom coded file hidden inside the root "Must-Use directory explicitly named after the merchant.24x7WP support .A further audit of the master billing and hosting infrastructure revealed that the merchant had secretly added an unauthorised administrator profile using another contact email address directly into the web hosting account settings without my consent.
This allowed them a permanent undocumented backdoor to the server regardless of password changes.
My hosting company did a full hosting clean and lockdown and the engineers manually cleaned the remaining server threats and deleted the unauthorized merchant files.
They updated all the Wordpress core plugins to all updated secure automatic versions and activated the Wordfence security firewall.
My hosting company forcibly terminated all active remote server sessions and scrambled the login keys permanently locking the merchant both out of the server and the WP dashboard.
BREACH OF CONTRACT.
A formal Contract Termination notice was served to 24x7WPSupport citing the exact server logs, unauthorized file injection and covert profile creations.
The contract was declared legally void and future subscription renewals were cancelled.
It's all thanks to my life saver Web hosting company that they were able to dive deeper into this company and their underhandedness.
Thanks to them I now have a clean and well secured website.

I have been so very pleased with the support I have received from 24x7WP Support. My experiences have been nothing but great. That includes getting support in a timely manner. I am not tech-savvy, but the online support (Justin) and putting in service tickets (Miller Miller) have truly been great. It is well worth the money I pay yearly as this is my 3rd year with them. I highly recommend using their service.

so far they have worked with me they do answer return your calls. They our working on my redesign Will rate how they do after they finish been with them for 4 days now I'm pleased so far

I paid 24x7 WP Support for WordPress maintenance/security services. I was previously charged roughly $800 for suspicious-code removal. After that, the site continued to crash several times, and I was charged roughly $280 per incident for additional support.
On June 4, 2026, my hosting provider stated in writing that the WordPress core files were “heavily compromised” and that outdated plugins/themes were the reason the website was having issues. After I moved the site to a new WordPress care provider, they reported removing an obviously malicious file/plugin identified as “wpconsole_v2.php.” They also removed a plugin called “24x7-wp-support” because it was throwing unusual redirects and errors.
I requested a refund and records showing what updates, scans, backups, monitoring, malware cleanup, and corrective actions 24x7 performed. Instead of refunding me, they offered additional service time and platitudes.
Based on my experience, I most assuredly cannot recommend 24x7 WP Support for WordPress maintenance, malware cleanup, security monitoring, or website support.

This company is not a good company at all. It may be fine for trying to fix a simple error but if you host on their server be prepared to be down more than you are up. They will cost you money. They say 24/7 but they have no one that knows anything on weekends or is capable of getting you back up and running.

It’s challenging to know where to begin with this company. I hired them on 19 months ago, to develop a website. They decided to cut corners and use a bunch of plug-ins that ended up causing compatibility issues, instead of building the website, custom and properly.

They ended up agreeing to redo the website, with custom codes. To this day, I still do not have a functioning website. I’ve wasted hundreds of hours thousands of dollars and I’ve missed two trade shows that I paid several thousand dollars to attend to launch my website. They promised the website would be done in certain timelines and I paid for full trips out of the country to launch my platform that was never developed. I had to re-explain the same principles of the Website time and time again, and I felt that no one ever listened to me during the entire experience. I decided that in the end I would leave a review to warn other people not to hire on this company. I hired on another company, we are two weeks soon in the website is 85% completed. They listen and we’re respectful during the build of the Website website if you’re considering building a website do not cut corners and higher on this company, hire a professional company. These guys are based out of India and claim to be based out of Texas, which I found out was completely false. They will tell you anything you want to know, and they will guarantee 100% satisfaction and not deliver. Don’t waste your time this company is not someone to be trusted and I would recommend staying away from.

Be very careful with this company - currently holding a clients domain (fully paid for) at ransom over $5000 worth of unknown services - this has been ongoing for 2 years. Client has essentially lost their entire business.

These guys are amazing!! quickly resolved my issues and the communication was very prompt and clear on what we needed and how they were accomplishing the task. Verified multiple times to address the request to completion. Will definitely use them again !!

This “support” is a fraud. They may help you at first, but if you stay with them longer, your site will likely be hacked at least once a year, and the only way to fix it will be paying them a few thousand dollars. Then it will happen again and again — along with new “services” they say you must buy or your site will crash even more often. They’re simply taking advantage of your lack of technical knowledge about how websites work. Once you understand what they’re actually doing, it will seem ridiculous.

I told them about the problem I was having with an edit to my website and they fixed it in less than a minute. Couldn’t believe how simple it was for them after I sat in frustration for weeks trying to figure it out on my own.
