After much browsing and disappointment, Used the website to search for a Specific part for a Subaru Impreza.
Within days got a notification of an available part, competitively priced, so contacted seller directly.
Part paid for and shipped the next day.
Now fitted and car working great again.

Bought an engine and thought I had paid for it via credit card, only to be called on the day saying I need to pay again before they can deliver and it has to be bank transfer. Nothing but scammers, stay clear at all cost

No reply since August despite sending several emails. Yeh sure they are definitely going to look after the customers!!! Really poor business etiquette even a 1 star rating is way too much!

Same thing as others have said, bought an expensive car part through a selller on their platform, sent something totally different, duped into returning item to a different address and no refund of course!

You need to contact your bank and do a charge back. Calling 247spares will cost you an arm and a leg and you will just get a dropped call after a £12 charge to be on hold for 6 minutes. This needs stopping, this needs reporting to an ombudsman somewhere.

Avoid this company at all costs. Do not use their services. They are a group of liars and scammers. I was scammed out of £1500 through a supplier they provided. When I reported the scam to their customer service and opened a dispute, I received absolutely no help, no advice, and no support, absolutely ZERO. I believe they are working together with these scammers by providing supplier information, which leads to you being scammed. Do not trust them—avoid this company entirely.
P.S. We reported to National crime agency, Company house and started small claim court case. AVOID

Scammers. I paid a power steering motor and i get a power steering rac from an old model , i called them back for a refund and they blocked my number . I made a dispute online and no one it s answering…

We ordered some parts for a customers vehicle, we were given a time for delivery which never happened, after chasing the parts we were told they would have someone drive the parts here, again no one showed up, we chased again and were promised a delivery for the Saturday around lunchtime/late afternoon, no delivery after phoning the driver with the parts, he told us he was in a shopping centre with his wife! 8.30pm we eventually got the parts over a week late!! Our customer was not happy and this made our business look bad as we could not deliver on time, AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR BUSINESS REPUTATION.

One off there clients stole money from me they charge me 3 times of the delivery cost and when I returned my item they didn't pay back all the money. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST FROM USING THIS SITE

I phoned and placed an order for two parts by what seemed a reasonable decent guy. i was told delivery would require a further £30. i was desperate to get Mrs car sorted so paid and was told three days. after a week i phone and was kept waiting on the phone for ten minutes and told been a problem will be with you in a few days. few days passed and still nothing. phoned back, kept on the line another ten minutes and eventually told will be there tomorrow. that cam e and went and again another phone call same crap and told courier has lost your package. i will get another sent out and you will have it on two to three days. waited another week and phoned again. same crap again its with carrier and will be there if not today tomorrow. i waited and still nothing. i phoned again and told that the company had given up and will refund my £130. All in all just bull****. stay well clear just a con.That was nearly four weeks wasted. Told i will get refund in up to 5 days but from experience with this cowboys i think rather unlikely. KEEP WELL CLEAR

I’m very pleased with this online platform. My partner has had issues with her car and it got put in the garage. They were unable to find the spare part and she was very worried. I stumbled across this website and input the details of the part she needed. I posted it on Friday evening and thought I wouldn’t hear anything until Monday if we were fortunate. However, I got an email on the Sunday from a supplier stating that they have a master cylinder with the product code and she ordered it.

What a great app helping purchases and linking them to suppliers. I’m very pleased with the app and would recommend it to anyone struggling to find part in their local area. Thanks 247 spares

I simply typed in "Cheesburger" for my parts search and they say they have stock....haha.

Dont bother with them.

Complete waste of my time and phone calls. They emailed me saying they have found my part, when I rang to enquire about paying for it, I was told they haven't got the part. Why email me then? I strongly advise do not use these scammers!

Do not use this company,they are promoting companies supplying spares,I bought an engine from a company in Blackburn called Peugeot citroen spares Ltd,the engine was described as used it was in disgusting condition,didn't work and was eventually collected still waiting for more than half my money back,this engine has since been readvertised by 247spares ,steer well clear of this company,fraud uk and trading standards informed.

There appears to be a lot of negative feedback here. But I had a great experience. I called and spoke to a very polite and helpful lady. Paid the money and received the part within 14 days. The part was correct, clean and did the job.

Absolutely terrible, needed help with a dispute and they were nowhere to be found. Conversations with the buyer clearly not monitored (as their website states) as I received horrific messages from the "garage" which after months of investigation turned out to be a completely fake business.

I bought a part this site A. C. Salvage .co.uk . They took my money on Sat and promised me that my part would arrive by wed 17th or Thursday 18th ..but I am not holding my breath ..phoned 247 parts on a high premium number .and you just get fobbef off ...with ..they don't want to know so don't buy spares from this site is my advice

Dodgy practitioners. Will send a text offering an opt in to receive free text updates but charge £1:38 premium text to opt in. They must tell you it’s a premium message so there is deliberate deception. Then they take payment without confirming availability/delivery and then it’s too late.

Dishonest company, Looking for a part but if you reply to their text you’ll be charged £1.38 (EE) they do not mention this clearly anywhere unless you dig around in their t&c’s. Not a huge amount of money but you have to question the ethics of a company when they underhandedly charge people making enquiries.

Once you make a Car Part enquiry with this company (247 Spares), they will send you a text message saying: "Text the word PARTS now to 87121 to activate TextaQuote Service." If you then text back the word PARTS back to this number you will be charged £1.60 by your network provider. This is pure scam because you should automatically get a free quote for the part you've just enquired about.
