Installer let us know he was on his way. Installed charger and kept consulting with me about placement etc. Gave clear instructions on how to use and confidence in using the app once I get the car.

Contacted by phone and taken through the process very politely. The fitter Tim arrived on time went through the process of what he was going to do and completed the job. From my first contact with Vicky and subsequent contact with Joanne the communication has been brilliant. Every detail was checked and verified, my requirements were listened to and implemented, I can't praise 247EV highly enough they were great from start to finish.
The instalation date arrived and Owen the installer sent me a txt to say he had set off then when he was delayed in heavy traffic he phoned me to let me know which takes all the stress out of waiting. When he arrived he was friendly and communicated everything extremely well. I was able to discuss all the installation options and have things placed where it suited me. Owen worked quickly and the whole install was really neat. Highly recommended.

Martin the installer came and got the job done in exactly the time frame I was told. We had a brief discussion about location and entry point for the wires into my home. Martin managed to do a very neat job drilling straight through from the back of my electricity cupboard to the outside.
