Engineer came on time and installed everything to spec

Helpful and friendly installer. Good communication and on time.

The engineer was great, wish all contractors were like him. On time tidy workmanship and went through all the settings.
Would highly recommend these guys

Helpful advice before we decided on the Hypervolt charger. It was installed within 3 weeks of agreeing to go ahead. No payment until the charger unit was with us.
Fitter arrived on time. Only improvement could be fitter should have a vacuum with him.

The company contacted me quickly and sent a questionnaire including asking for photographs and a video with a follow up phone call, which ensured that there were no issues with the installation and gave me a satisfactory installation date. A reminder was sent to me the day before the due date. The installer arrived on time, was very friendly and carried out the installation professionally and did a very neat job. He went through the operation with me ans explained everything clearly. Overall I was very pleased with the whole installation process.

My experience with 247ev was good. After ordering the Hypervolt 3 pro, I was contacted by 247ev and throughout the process communication was good. I especially appreciated the installation survey concept which was conducted remotely by answering a short questionnaire, and sending images and a short video of the fitting location and home electrical setup. The Charger was delivered on-time, and the installer arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job in both fitting, and also taking the time to advise on the best location for ease of use etc. Within hours of fitting, I received an Install certificate, plus warranty documents etc. In summary, a good all-round experience, and I would definitely recommend 247ev for anyone wanting a home charger.

This is my first EV charger (and first EV). Really easy ordering process, superb communication throughout and a really high quality and professional installation experience. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service all round. Communications were really good and regular. I was offered an earlier slot due to a cancellation which I greatly appreciated. The team that fitted the charger were friendly and professional. They made sure to check everything with me and respected my property.

Really straightforward company to deal with, kept me updated on how things were progressing from ordering to install, and the bloke who turned up was sound, quick and did a very neat job.

Obviously I won't need them again but if I did I'd be happy for them to install again, even if it wasn't another hypervolt.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole team were super friendly and genuinely helpful, but the planning/pre‑survey team deserve a special mention — they were brilliant. They took the time to answer all my queries, explained everything clearly, and made sure the installation would work exactly how I wanted it. Thanks to them, the charger ended up in the perfect spot. Really impressed.

I liked the system to do the survey for my charger installation via text and telephone. The text part is done at your convenience and the phone call is booked in advance to a date and time that suits you. The installation day went very smoothly. Both the electrician and the landscaper were extremely personable and knowledgeable. They left the site just as they had found it, everything clean and tidy. I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and was delighted by the quality of work done. I would highly recommend 24.7.EV for EV charger installations. It would have been helpful to realise in advance, that your electricity supplier has to give permission for the work to take place on your property, and the time they take to respond is beyond the control of 24.7.EV. In my case, the whole process ( order through fitting ) took about 4 weeks in total.

Everyone was very helpful in the office and they responded to my queries, prior to fitting, very quickly and efficiently, usually confirming via email. Top class service. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Easy process from virtual survey to install. Installer was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

The customer service I received was excellent. Danielle led me through the initial stages. I had some problems with a computer link and with the assistance of Stella we managed to work around the problem and Joanne later explained the installation process. On the appointed day Owen arrived and with the minimum fuss installed our charger. The whole process was very professional and pleasant I would not hesitate to recomend them.
