Rude and Unprofessional.
This was at the Waveland,Ms location. The black hair lady was extremely rude to my wife our storage unit was paid in full we went and rented a uhal to unload the storage unit when we got to it they had put a lock on our unit and another couple was at there unit that was locked also this woman came up and unlocked the unit for them when wife asked her to unlock the unit she got real bitchy and wife was going to pull up the page to show her where it was paid and the black hair woman said it’s after hours yet she just unlocked the other people’s unit then she took off in her car as my wife was pulling up the bill to show her what it really was the woman seen the other couple putting stuff in the unit is why she unlocked it for them and we had a U-Haul wanting to take stuff out of the unit so she refused to unlock it even tho it was paid in full. So I was supposed to waste money on a U-Haul rental for nothing when our unit should have never had a lock on it in the first place and she refused to take her press on nails time to unlock it. So I cut the damn lock off now she is wanting to charge use for a lock which had no place being on our unit in the first place then they closed our account with them next morning and charging a clean up fee of 75$ for 2 little pieces of wood left in the unit that we was going to go back and get this weekend but they wanted to be asses yet again and try and screw us over some more and close our account without contacting us first. This place is very unprofessional, the workers are rude. Not enough mouse traps and the few they have you can tell have not been touched in years, Rat droppings all over our unit all our stuff rusted and had mold and rat urine all over it. Over a year we paid for the over priced unit without being late and this is how we get treated? Will be contacting the better business bureau on them. This is a true review not some friend of the people who run it that has left good review for them to boost the raiting.
