We are company formation agents and address service operators authorised by Companies House to submit company formation applications online. Our team has been supplying these services since 2011. OUR ADDRESS SERVICE is provided from an address in the heart of London's business and professional services district. We were the first formation agent to offer all our address users a free document scanning service. Furthermore, we are the only address service provider to offer an online document storage system allowing clients to access all the post we have scanned for them as and when they need to. This saves our clients a lot of time searching through their emails to find their post. Our TRANSPARENT PRICING lets clients predict how much we will charge for ongoing services. In addition to company formations, we have developed expertise in two other services, namely; COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANIES (CIC): We register hundreds of Community Interest Companies every year and have been doing so for many years. We know the registration system inside out and can complete the process quickly and efficiently. Our charges for this service are lower than the fees typically charged by accountants and solicitors. In fact, many of our CIC orders come from professionals. ADMINISTRATIVE COMPANY RESTORATIONS: We have developed expertise in restoring companies struck off by Companies House. We act quickly and efficiently and keep clients informed at all process stages. Our fees are modest and transparent. We process several hundred restorations annually and frequently do so on behalf of accountants and solicitors. SOCIAL ENTERPRISES AND CHARITIES: We have several options for companies limited by guarantees. The possibilities range from companies that clubs and associations can use to company structures suitable for future use as charities. We also have a close association with a small accountancy practice that specialises in charity accounting and, because of their experience as trustees to several charities, can advise on the creation of a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) NON-UK RESIDENT CLIENTS: Our scanning and document storage and filing system makes our service particularly useful to non-UK resident clients. No charge for getting post; it's all included in the subscription. Consequently, many of our clients are not based in the UK. : LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS (LLPs): Our pricing makes our service particularly attractive to LLPs.

An excellent response to my telephone call seeking assistance, the phone was answered in seconds and the agent could not have been more helpful. The telephone call lasted in total no more than three minutes and he solved the problem immediately.

Terrible customer service and…
Terrible customer service and potentially thieves. Occasionally packages have been sent to this address by mistake, and instead of notifying us and sending an invoice so we can pay to have these forwarded, they have either 'destroyed' or 'refused' these packages apparently. I personally don't believe either of these.
Edit to reply to TP response:
"Parcels must fall within our published weight and size limits..
Yes, both parcels sent to you were well within the weight and size limits.
"If mail arrives for someone not using our address service, or where our address has been used in error, we are required to return the parcel to the carrier as “refused.”"
For the most recent parcel, I contacted you in advance several days before the attempted delivery and was told that I could add the one-off parcel package on for this item. Furthermore, the courier shows this parcel as 'delivered' with a photo of the parcel being handed over to your reception.
"We do not destroy parcels unless we have a written instruction from the verified addressee."
Either you or one of your staff is lying then as I have written confirmation that a parcel of ours was destroyed by yourselves.
"It is possible that this matter has already been reviewed internally, but without details we cannot locate it. If you would like us to investigate further, we would be very happy to do so. Please email"
What's the point, so I can be told more lies? I've already demonstrated that either whoever replied to this review or someone else there I've been in contact with has lied at least once.
"We also notice that you have raised similar concerns in reviews of many other organisations, so we fully appreciate that you may have had difficult experiences elsewhere."
Yes, it's shame that you are one of many businesses that don't value providing good customer service.

I have received contradictory statements from your employees, and the only conclusion from that is that one statement is a lie.
P.S. Yes Trustpilot are the least trustworthy ones on here, you can look at their reviews on any other platform to see how they have skewed them on their own platform. I'm beginning to think your business is a close second.

1stChoice Formations has operated a high-volume registered office and mail-handling service successfully for many years, and we take customer service extremely seriously. This is reflected in the large number of positive Trustpilot reviews commending the professionalism and responsiveness of our team.
Because we process substantial volumes of mail daily, our mailroom follows strict, documented and consistently applied procedures relating to receipt, logging, return and forwarding. These procedures ensure fairness, compliance and security for all clients.
Regarding the matters raised in your edited comments:
We do not discuss individual parcels or staff interactions publicly. Courier scans, internal timestamps, authorisations and written communications will be reviewed as part of the investigation.
If you were advised that a one-off parcel could be handled, the internal record will confirm precisely what was discussed and by whom.
You have stated that a parcel was “destroyed.” Our policy is that items are only destroyed with written instruction from the verified addressee, and this point will be examined carefully.
You have alleged that members of staff have “lied.” These are serious allegations. Until the review concludes, we respectfully request that personal accusations be avoided.
