Their all claims are falls. I want to cancel my subscription and return last shipment I received.
But they make it hard for you to cancel or return.

Worse customer care ever ! It's simply impossible to talk to someone at 1MD to solve an issue.

I e-mailed customer service to cancel my subscription 1 week before my order was sent & received no reply at all. They billed me so I called & waited. I got a rep on the line & they could not hear me. I could hear them but they couldn't hear me.! Worse customer care ever!!!!

Terrible! I have emailed 2 times now and they keep sending. How do I stop this? Now I have to go to my credit card company? I will never do business with this company.

If I had a choice, I would give this company 0 stars rather than one. They take your order and double it, send you two exact amount bills which they charge to your charge card, and then you have to go through the whole process of disputing the second charge. THEN, several months later they send you two bills once again (higher than the first ones) when you've already asked them to cancel any membership or subscription you have with them ( even though you've told them several times that you DON'T want and more of this stuff and cancel everything. Then they don't answer your emails, and put you on hold on the phone if you call, until you can't wait any more. Horrible customer service. Actually NO customer service.

ordered product. still too soon to give review on how product is working. but have to say, i experienced bad customer service. i tried to go online to postpone next order. my account doesn't give option to delay order or cancel and change credit card info. calling phone number, gives recording that is "all circuits are busy now". Customer service links don't work. I won't be doing business with a company that does not provide a good customer experience pertaining to delaying of orders or returns.

I didnt see the results after 90 days, so I tried to stop the renewal..Similar to the posted reviews, hard to cancel... Called twice and didn't wait long enough to get through. Emailed customer support multiple times to cancel, before they posted the next ship date, but they ignored my emails, and shipped anyways. They obviously want our money.. Disputing the renewal charge with my ccd now, and they are still not giving up.

1MD Nutrition has the worst customer service - period.

I cancelled my subscription in writing to their support email on 4/21 - a full week before my next shipment - but received no reply, and my shipment was NOT cancelled.

I was charged $107.97 for the shipment I cancelled - I immediately emailed Support again on 4/28, asking for a refund - and also called their Support line, which only had a recording saying they were experiencing a large volume of calls (not surprising), and that all cancellations would be processed within 72 hours.

NOTHING - no response, no refund, no cancellation. I emailed again on 5/29 - NOTHING. I called Support today (6/7) and finally got through - and was advised my subscription was STILL ACTIVE. I asked to cancel and for a refund.

** I was advised I would have to RETURN the last shipment, PAY myself for the return, and wait up to 21 days for my refund. UNACCEPTABLE.

I finally managed to get 1MD to send me a prepaid return label - so I don't have to also pay for the return of the product I cancelled in advance.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update 6/10 > The reply from 1MD (below) is NOT TRUE - I have still received no refund from 1MD.

I had bought a 30 day supply of the beet heart healthy formula. After using it a week I got terrible gas, bloating, cramps and diarrhea. I should have read the fine print where it can cause these symptoms. But when I called to make the return they said it had to be in its original packaging. Even though they have all my information and what I had bought and I would’ve sent the product back just in different packaging. But the bag they sent it in was very inconvenient to scoop powder out of so I put the product in a glass colander. Advice to anyone buying this product 1) save the packaging, and 2) read all the fine print and possible symptoms before purchasing. Another word of advice don’t go buying a whole years supply before testing the product. I have read other reviews where people have done that and not gotten their money back!

What I ordered my product from this company a whole year supply and they send it to the wrong address I sent it to a place in California instead of place in Tennessee I tried to find out where they were and try to contact them but they were not able to contact them at all I had to go to my bank and cross reference the order showing him that I never received your order and it went to another home they are the worst company to deal with to try to get your order in yet to this day I still haven't received my order but thank God the bank is working with me on getting my money back stay away from that company they need new management or someone to manage a company that knows what's going on with the consumers

Buyer BEWARE. I bought a year's supply of CholestMD from 1MD Nutrition which is a RUBBISH product that FAILS to deliver results. As well, the capsules have a strong chemical odor and aftertaste that made me wonder everytime I took it whether I was ingesting toxins. Finally, 1MD Nutrition has a very strict 90 day return policy. During COVID when doctors were operating via telehealth & for other reasons, I wasn't able to get my blood tested sooner than 4 months after taking the product to see if it was working. It didn't work. Despite positive dietary changes, CholestMD was not only highly INEFFECTIVE, it actually caused my cholesterol numbers to INCREASE. Because of the product's ineffectiveness and the chemical odor I asked for a refund. Only because it was outside of the 90 days, I was denied. An agent referred my request to a supervisor who never cared to respond after I sent 4 emails. Can you imagine, a customer ignored. Do NOT deal with this company or take their products. 1MD Nutrition does NOT produce quality products, nor do they care about their customers. They just want to steal your money. STAY AWAY!

Never received product. Received shipping notice but no further update. I would stay away from this company

I'm so happy i decided to give 1MD probiotics a try. I have tried so many other probiotic supplements and this by far is the best i have ever used. I love how my stomach feels. BEST I HAVE EVER USED!

They 100% corrected this issue, I did not expect any further communication from them but Emily ( I hope I got her name right) called and my refund was issued and I returned their product that was double ordered. Awesome! Thank you 1MD.

This company is horrible! Their product actually works but the customer service and resolution to ordering issues is the worst I have ever seen. They double ordered and charged me and basically didn't care, even after they were advised before the charges went through. Then they want to refund after the order was sent back. Horrible business practices, I do not recommend buying from them!!!!

Ordered product 15 days ago and it is still in limbo. Tried to find out why it was not sent as described/promised via DHL and got some lame excuse about DHL and USPS working together. They take no responsibility for the fact it has not arrived but they have taken my money. Seems like BS.

Waited 50 minutes on hold yesterday trying to talk to anyone about my order. During that wait I decided to cancel my subscription. They were very rude about it. No apologies, no offer to refund part of the money, not able to even figure out where my order is or whether it is indefinitely lost.

Seems like a really poorly run entity. I would highly recommend just about anyone else.

This company is a joke and has unreal policies.

It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting to get my almost 500 dollars back!

This company is the worst. You can't get ahold of anyone to cancel your monthly order. I tried the Liver Cleanse that did nothing according to 2 CT scans in 6 months. I postponed my last order and they sent it anyway. You can't return it without talking to them but they don's answer the phone. I have called and called and been on hold and hour and still no one answers. Once I did get ahold of a representative they send they would send me a return label but never got one. Without pre-authorization they won't refund your money. Company is a big scam

About 2 months ago I ordered 2 products from 1 MD and received the order with one bottle previously opened with all safety seals gone. I let them know but felt they had been horribly lax in shipping this type of product out. I tried the pills in one of the unopened bottles but after taking them my stomach was upset and I was nauseous. After some thought I decided I didn’t trust them as medical professionals and tried to return everything. I called them and received their instructions and followed them to the letter. I insured the return and tracked it. They received it. I had gone through PayPal and thought all would be fine. It wasn’t. I tried contacting 1MD several times with absolutely no results and they evidently gave PayPal a difficult time too. They would not refund my payment. I received a partial credit from PayPal if I use them on other orders but only one fifth of what I paid is going back into my account -probably from 1MD. I also had to pay for the shipping back. If they were the only company to exist with supplements, I would NOT order from them. I think they are far from ethical and honest and will be surprised if this review is available but I also intend to put it out on Facebook to be sure it is seen.
