Fantastic service! Acknowledgement, update, delivery all amazing and accurate. I originally ordered the same item from A Really Gross Other Supplier ;-) and heard absolutely nothing for 12 days. Rang and they couldn't help!! Order cancelled.
Ordered from 121, for an amazing £90 less. Delivery information advised the same day, supplier and delivery company followed up and delivery was 9 days from placing the order. Brilliant! Thank You.

Ordered an office desk for my son and it was delivered 2 days later. Emails sent to let me know when it was despatched. When the top was twice damaged in transit by the courier I spoke with Michael and Steven who couldn’t have been more helpful each time. They contacted the manufacturer who sent replacements within a day. The desk itself is very well made and all of the screws etc were well packaged and everything was there that was needed. Overall a good product quickly delivered and when I had issues they were sorted out easily and quickly. What more could you want? Many thanks guys. Will come back again.

What a fantastic tallboy, we have a really tight space and I must have looked at every tall boy on the Internet and this was the best option in terms of drawer space per square foot and the fact it came in solid wood and I didn’t have to assemble it. I have to say the build quality is fantastic. There is plenty of room and the fact that there are six drawers on offer is something you don’t get to see that often. I’m so glad I went with 121 Home furniture even though a lot of other retailers were selling the same drawers. They offered the best price and the customer service was fantastic from Michael. You could tell it’s a family run business and I am just really happy overall. Kinetic delivery driver Ricky Lucas was great and they managed to deliver it before Christmas. So a massive thank you!

Ordering was easy and Kirsty at 121 was very helpful.
On delivery day the 2 man courier company kept us updated & were very respectful of our property.
The bedroom furniture came ready assembled and the packing of the furniture was awesome. Would highly recommend 121 Furniture.

Ordered 4 leather chairs, although I love the chairs they are lovely, 121 did not reply to my email, or online questions about delivery. I did not get any confirmation from anyone, they just delivered them without contacting me later than I was given upon purchasing. 121 have been in touch and I would like to say there has been a misunderstanding about my contacting them, I know I did contact them twice, but they did not receive either one.The company who supplied the chairs should have contacted me about delivery this is no reflection on 121 who did a great Job. And thank you for clearing this up for me

I bought two bar stools from 121 Home Furniture. There was some minor damage during shipping from their supplier. I contacted 121 and got an immediate response from Michael who apologized and assured me that this was a one-off experience. He immediately actioned replacement parts which arrived 2 days later. Michael was keen to check that I was happy with the resolution.
This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thank you Michael.

We recently bought several items in the Marlborough range and found 121's prices competitive, with an additional discount for multi-buy. Ordering was simple and delivery promptly made by BJS, a delight in itself. A two-man team turned up on the dot, placing everything where we wanted. The furniture was easy to assemble (just follow the clear instructions) and we were pleased with the result. However there were a couple of issues, which Steven and Michael at 121 courteously dealt with, arranging prompt replacement, We cannot fault 121 for the way in which the original purchase and after sales support was handled. It is a small family business that prides itself in customer service. Inevitably things might go wrong from time to time, but the sign of a good company is how they handle them. Full marks to Michael and Steven and 121 on price, responsiveness and after-sales, we would unhesitatingly recommend and use them again.

Great service and delivery. After having a problem with damage on a Robert Dyas delivery of two chairs and subsequent return, I found the same items at 121 home furniture. Spoke to them prior to ordering and they were great. Placed order and delivery was on the day I'd specified. A pleasure to do business with and will definately use them again. Thank you 121!

They offer a great variety of products and provide excellent customer service. They actually had access to an item that I was struggling to find elsewhere. I would certainly purchase from this company again and 100% recommend to others.

Really happy with my purchase. We got a Julian Bowen car bed delivered quickly, at a very competitive price. Lots of communication for booking delivery slots and updates on the delivery day.

Sometimes it can be a gamble making purchases from smaller known companies online - this company delivers exactly what they promise, they are a safe and professional company to buy from.

I recently ordered some furniture from this company. Have to say i was impressed. The delivery was swift, the communication was great, emails answered promptly and the price was great.

This is a small family business and we should all be supporting family business' and avoiding the corporations where possible. This company ticks all the boxes in terms of price, service and communication and I could not be happier having used them.

A couple of the holes on the bed itself did not line up so made assembly difficult .We overcame the issue but it was disappointing.

Commication with Steve was excellent. However, both items had marks on. Unsure whether delivery service, or the company items originated from were to blame. Clearly the goods are not being checked before leaving depot. After second item was delivered and photos sent, showing imperfections, I expect item for free, considering I had to leave work early twice as delivery company explained, they only deliver once per week.

I am very pleased with my ready-assembled bedside cabinets. From my initial order, the speed at which it was delivered and the courtesy of the drivers.
A first-class service. and I would certainly use this company again.

I recently bought the Georgia Grey Corner Sofa Rattan Set for my garden and I love it. So comfortable with lovely thick cushion pads and such a great price. Even better, it arrived assembled apart from attaching a couple of side panels and then clipping the two sofa parts together.

I’d definitely recommend the set I bought as well as the company. Michael was very helpful.
