We suggest starting with half a dropper, under the tongue for five minutes, twice a day. After 10 days if you want to see if taking more will help then up the dosage to a full dropper three times a day.
By the end of the bottle you should have a good feel for how much to take. Remember some things take longer to feel a desired effect based on severity and if it is chronic.

I am new to this product but have been…
I am new to this product but have been really focusing on this journey as I ordered it for my chronic anxiety that I have had for 20+ years. I have tried many, many products over the years and either it had zero effect or gave me a low grade high(which is a terrible feeling for someone with anxiety) never touching the actual anxious feelings and spiraling worries that prevent sleep . After my first two weeks using the Chill CBD I just kept thinking , " Do I feel less anxious, am I imagining that I am less stressed?" It Sounds bizarre but the feeling is so subtle I could not gauge it nor could I tell if it was a placebo effect. Fast forward month 2 of nightly use, it is REAL my anxiety has lifted without a doubt I am less reactive to stress because my anxiety has lessened. I am so happy and will continue to order it and explore additional products.
Thank you 101 CBD for giving us a CBD product that actually works without THC !!!!

Ordering and shipping were all great
Ordering and shipping were all great, no problems. The taste however, never having used cannabis, I wasn't sure what to expect. The smell of cannabis was always offensive to me, and the taste of this oil is exactly as it smells in my opinion. After 10 days of use, I have noticed no changes with regard to why I decided to give it a try. I'm disappointed but I don't believe I can continue to force the issue.

Our products are made similarly to juicing the hemp plant which is why they are so effective and can take some getting used to the taste for some. When you hold the oil under your tongue for 5 minutes the taste disappates and the absorption rate increases.
Also we recommend chasing it with your favorite beverage. Some people will even put the oil into a beverage of their choice as a last resort.
As the saying goes sometimes you just have to take your medicine and once it starts working believe it or not you will start to enjoy the hemp taste because your body knows how much it is helping.

Life changing!
As a recent amputee, I was prescribed painkillers and anti-depressants for several years.
