Have had a knife which I had been gifted from my sister in law, from the USA. Unfortunately I somehow managed to break it. I reached out to Wustof, who replied within 48 hours and after filling in some paperwork and sending the photos, they sent me a voucher to replace it, as it wasn't directly available to replace in the UK. Amy, who I had dealt with, was excellent, super helpful and very fast at all her communication.

Great knives, one wee fault on one after a few years…lifetime guarantee honoured quickly and easily -replacement is on the way. Amy was great and we’re about to buy a few more too!

I messaged them about a pair of kitchen scissors that I believe were faulty. They sent a replacement pair straight away. Brilliant customer service

I was given a chef’s knife as a gift twenty years ago. I cared for it well but also used it a lot, and finally the handle started to go. It says something about their knives that they can confidently back them with a lifetime warranty. When I contacted Amy in customer service, she did not hesitate. Faultless service. Now I have a beautiful new knife. Three cheers.

I had an issue where one item ordered had not been delivered. I contacted support (a lovely person called Amy responded) and they resolved the issue immediately.
This is excellent customer service (things can go awry in any business) and the response was very reassuring.

I have owned and loved Wüsthof knives for years, which makes this more disappointing, not less.

The logo badges have fallen off every handle in my set. Wüsthof first told me replacements do not exist, then declined to replace the knives under their lifetime guarantee, describing the badges as merely “cosmetic”.

That feels like a very convenient distinction. The badge is not some decorative afterthought. It is the brand mark people pay a premium for. Without it, these knives no longer look like premium Wüsthof knives. They look like unbranded metal handles with blades attached.

I asked for the exact warranty wording that excludes this, and requested that the matter be escalated. Over a week later, nothing.

A lifetime guarantee attached to a premium price should cut a little deeper than this. At the moment, it feels less like a guarantee and more like a promise that goes blunt the moment you try to use it.

Excellent service. The handle of my trusty cooks knife of fifteen plus years cracked and came apart during Sunday lunch prep. The communication process for warranty was excellent, replacement knife received this morning, it’s like having an old friend back. Thanks Amy such fabulous service.

I had a 19 year old knife with a broken handle. The knife had been a gift so I had no proof of purchase. Notwithstanding this, Wüsthof honoured the lifetime guarantee and sent me a replacement knife without any issues and very quickly.

I have been so grateful to Amy for her ongoing support and care. Having purchased my Wusthof knives many years ago I’ve made several enquires regarding both replacements, sharpening and purchasing new items. Amy has been so forthcoming and informative in her responses. She has really helped me to make informed decisions.

Our Wusthof knives have been amazing - we’ve had them for years. Recently, we notice that the handles were starting to chip away after having dropped them on a few occasions. I contacted customer services to see if they offered a repair service fully expecting to pay for that but to my delight they replaced our two knives as they cannot be repaired. What customer service! These are definitely worth the investment as knives for life. Very thankful to Amy and the team for such a speedy and pleasant response.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Wüsthof UK.

I was cutting a pineapple when I suddenly heard a “ping” and realised the tip of my favourite knife had broken off. This is my go-to knife from the set — the one nobody else in the house is allowed to use! It has always been extremely well looked after: never dropped, never put in the dishwasher, and always used carefully.

To be honest, I was devastated when it happened, especially as I’ve recently been made redundant and replacing it would not have been financially possible right now.

I contacted Wüsthof UK expecting a long warranty process involving inspections, shipping delays, and months of waiting. Instead, the whole experience was professional, stress-free, and incredibly fast. Amy handled everything brilliantly and made the process so easy.

It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind its products and treats customers with genuine care and understanding. The level of service I received has made me an even bigger fan of the brand.

Wow ...excellent customer service!
Dropped our 20cm Classic breadknife on the wooden floor in our kitchen and the blade broke. So I eMailed customer services, explained what happened and sent photos. They replied the following day and after I filled out their standard form, they agreed to replace it. The new knife arrived this morning, after just a couple of days.

It's so rare to be treated so well.

The customer service team were outstanding. They explained step by step what I need to do in order to request a refund.
