The piece I ordered was exactly as described. The oyster bracelet has a nice micro adjustment. The communication with Wristmodding was great. Expect a month for delivery to the USA. Be patient! Worth it in my opinion. I will buy from Wristmodding again.

i bought the Seiko Skydweller in blue overall im happy about it links on the watch feels a bit cheap compared to other watches i have had in the same price range
it says on their site on on the pictures that the watch has see though back case when mine came it didnt little dissapointing the package came before time

OK, these guys aren't playing... the quality of the watch, bracelet, case and tools has blown me away. And all for under £200!!! Wow. This is my first Seiko Mod, but it won't be my last! So impressed.

FYI I'm in the UK and went for standard shipping (20 to 30 days). The watch arrived from order date in 15 days. It came from China, and the tracking link ended up in my spam - so check there. The 17Track link provided took about 5 days to recognise the tracking the number and updated every 2 to 4 days with a new status - I was worried at first, but stick with it. I promise you, it's worth the wait!!

Fast delivery, Great communication and most important great watch!

The watch was shipped to Greece from China although the webpage was telling about european partners. The watch is ok but has a cheap feeling and the mechanism loses nearly 1minute every 3-4 days. Nothing special in terms of value for money. I have a Pagani Design watch that i payed nearly half the price and has similar features. Not a bad purchace but also not one i would recomend in this price.

Truly the best experience I've had with an online purchase so far for numerous reasons listed below.

I’ve only had mine for a day, but here’s my AMAZING experience so far:

Overal (in short): the watch, extra parts, delivery, service (emails) are all of the highest quality. Baffled by how well they delivered. (Seiko Pepsi Mod)

The watch itself: detailed, beautiful, heavy, deep colours, shiny, comfortable, and feels good to touch.

Bracelet: proper Oyster mechanic, heavy, scratch resistant (accidentally poked it with something sharp, not a scratch), comfortable.

Case and extras: the free case feels like VERY thick leather and the inside a soft nubuck. Don’t know how they did it, but it feels like incredible quality and very sturdy as well for actual safety. They also sent me high quality steel tools to use for my watch (probably because I ordered an extra bracelet). I actually like to tinker with my watches and these tools and additional pins are seriously good!

Service: I couldn’t choose between two bracelets, so I emailed them and got a reply within a day with a link they sent me after I made my purchase where I could pay an additional (merely) 10 euro’s and I got the second bracelet with my delivery. Additionally, my package was detained at customs, when I emailed wristmodding for support they told me to pay the bill and send it through to them. I got refunded THE SAME DAY.

Delivery: they stated 30+5 days, but it came earlier than that, even when Dutch customs held the watch for 5 days.

Highly recommend wristmodding.

Wristmodding is far and away the best seller I have dealt with in many, many years. Their products are exactly as represented and never disappoint. I have purchased four different items and each one has exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, the fantastic customer service and communication, and the pricing cannot be beat. If you haven’t tried them yet, give them a try, I’m sure you will not be disappointed.
UPDATE - 2/26/2025 - Their guarantee is fantastic - I had an issue with a watch and they took care of the problem promptly, without issue and to my complete satisfaction.

This is the worst most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a watch and after 16 days the tracking app had no indication of date of delivery. I contacted the company and disputed the charge as it was unclear to me when or if I would get the watch. Their compliance office was so rude and accused me of being and unlawful rude person. I sent multiple reply’s back explaining why- he just kept accusing me of terrible things and threatening criminal prosecution. Even after I received the watch and removed the dispute he remained hostile. Horrible experience- would give them 0 stars if I could.
Addendum: Im glad to see this company took some responsibility for their behavior ( see append below) I would add that I had all intention of returning this watch when it came as I was so upset to be spoken to in this way. The watch was better than I could have expected and I swallowed my pride and paid for it. I wish I had a better experience with this company because people ask me all the time where I got it but I can’t tell them. It’s a shame- they have a Daytona and Santos modd I would love to get. I wish them the best in working towards better customer service.

I recently damaged my day date to which the clasp would not close, after sending wristmodding an email asking if they sell bracelets, they swiftly responded that it was still under warranty and sent a new one for free! Great customer service and will not use any other watch company!

The quality of the watch surpassed my expectations. The customer service is good and responded immediately to my questions.

Got a green dial oyster perpetual date just and previously a no time to die edition Seiko mod quality of the watches was pretty good bracelet on the oyster left a bit to be desired but for the cost your obtaining these at its definitely a good watch maintains time very accurate and looks fantastic overall build quality is def a cut above my own hand builds would recommend

Wristmodding is one of the coolest places I have found for timepieces that “stand out” in the best of ways. I love the reaction I get from people when they realize the logo says Seiko and not Rolex. Then when they ask to feel the watch and compare it to their actual Rolex, the next question becomes: “Where did you get this, I want one…”

A lovely watch with a pretty leather packaging and great customer service.

I ordered a GMT Pepsi Mod from wristmodding. As expected, it took around 2-3 weeks for the watch to arrive. Since it was shipped from China instead of Spain like I expected, I was slightly worried. But after unboxing the watch, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is excellent and the watch looks great. It comes with a leather case and the tools to adjust the jubilee wristband.
All in all, the experience and the customer Service were very good. I recommend wristmodding for Seiko mod watches!
