Cheap parts, don't honour warranty.
***Update** Since writing a negative review the company started paying attention and asked for pics. Pics provided on 12/4/23. Wrist modding confirmed, in writing, that it's a defective clasp but are refusing to send out a new one as I've already posted a negative review, very unprofessional. They tried to wriggle out of a warranty issue, presumably as it's a dropshipping setup, and didn't like it when the customer tried to warn others. AVOID... there are much better modders all over Etsy!
I bought a champagne datejust mod with a jubilee bracelet but have had some issues.
The watch itself keeps good time and looks good, the mod itself looks to have been done well. The parts they're using though look to be poorly made, maybe in China. My bracelet micro adjust falls apart when I adjust it as the fitment on the sliding brackets isn't tight enough (nothing to do with springbars). So far I've managed to find the small parts and reassemble but it will keep happening and they'll eventually be lost. Wrist Modding told me it's an "unfortunate condition of any bracelet's micro adjustment", which is nonsense. As a result they won't honour their warranty.

It's not true that we don't honour our waranty, and we'd appreciate you stop defamting our work with false accusations, I have reviewed your whole conversation with our support agent, you texted us saying the pins were flying out when moving the micro-adjustment, which is common, at which she said that it seems normal, and as a watchmaker herself, she knows that happens extremely often,
Only then you explained (a bit more) the situation, still without attaching pictures, and without giving us the time to respond, you left this review,
In our response, even wihtout seeing the pictures of the issue yet, we proposed both a replacement of the bracelet (the only defective part of this watch, or cheap as you say, is this defective clasp, that we would easily replace with a new one) we also proposed to give a 20 Euros credit if the customer preferred to buy the strap somewhere else, which is not included in our warranty, which we apparently don't honour, under which conditions we'd have to replace the defective accessory for free, but decided to propose it to the customer anyways to make sure we found the best possible solution for him,
In this message we also asked again for the pictures,
The next day the team made me aware of this review, at which point I personally reached out again asking why it had not been rectified or updated. You can leave a negative review but not saying that we don't honour warranties or we don't know how our watches are made, as that is a plain defamation, that should have been updated with the real course of events,
This message got completely ignored by the customer who only said that he will send us prictures of the strap, the customer showed no personal issues with bastardizing our reputation publicly for no reason, and seems to be enjoying doing so,
He then sent us the pictures, while keeping to diffuse this false narration regarding us not honouring warranties on youtube as well... It's very bizarre and we really don't appreciate being bullied in this manner, and while we ALWAYS support customers, we cannot accept this trying to hurt us and lying publicly about our company, as it has an evil and wicked intent that we struggle to understand,
And again, in regards to the bracelet's "defect" it's the first time our micro-adjustments have such an issue, of 400+ orders we have per month, one can happen to have some issues, and it would not be an issue as we would have simply replaced it immidiately with proper communication,
Please let people alone, we work very hard and our customers know it and stand by us, we are open to the resolution of this ridiculous situation, at the exchange of not removing a negative review, that is ABSOLUTELY NOT what we want, we accept negative reviews if it's genuine feedback based on a real experience, but we cannot stand lies and public bashing that has an intent of purely hindering people's work and reputation, as it seems, for the sake of it,
Reach out to support respectuflly if you want to resolve this issue, and we will be available as we always are.
Final note of the customer who emailed us saying "I continue to share my experience online and it will certainly cost you more than a replacement bracelet in lost business, but more importantly there will be a reputational impact."
Saying so after the fact that several messages ago we offered a replacement fo the bracelet, or credit for the bracelet if they wanted to buy it elsewhere, this has been a sickening experience, and we are glad our customers and potential ones will see right through it, if anyone has doubts we will email the whole thread of this conversation to anyone who wants to look into this!
We asked the customer for pictures way before he published the review, and we offered him a repalcement (or credit to buy it himself) before that as well, it costs us nothing to replace a bracelet.
It is a win, for the customer who prefers to lie about us online then to actually receive the support we offered, bizarre.

I bought a seiko submariner and it is beautiful. I get daily compliments and it looks soo good on my wrist. Arrived in about 14 days or so. Definitely worth the money and will buy many more in the near future.

I made a few gifts with custom dials…
I made a few gifts with custom dials for my father and brothers and they loved it, I'm no watch expert but they are and it seems like good quality. I personally dealt with support and Raquel assisting me was lovely and efficient in gettig my customization done, it all arrived in one week after shipping with Fedex, which they added for free to my order. It took them another week or so to make the dials, which is also faster than I expected. Thanks!

Experience the epitome of poor customer service
I purchased a Seiko MOD Seamaster on December 23, 2023, with the intention of gifting it to my father. Upon receiving the watch, we discovered that the bracelet was too short for his wrist. Unfortunately, the website did not provide any measurements, leading us to forgo requesting additional links.
Our unpleasant encounter commenced with a simple request for additional links to make the watch wearable. On January 2, 2024, I reached out to the WhatsApp customer service account for assistance. However, a response was only received on January 7, 2024, given the delays due to the holiday season. They assured us of delivering the additional links, but despite several weeks passing, no confirmation email or WhatsApp notification regarding the processing of the links was received. Between January 16 and February 3, despite four follow-up messages on my part, there was no response.
Since receiving the watch a month ago, my dad provided an honest review stating, "There is no response." The situation took a turn for the worse when I received four consecutive messages reprimanding our actions for posting an honest review. Quoted from their communication to us: "Bastardize publicly the reputation of our company". Our reviews contained no defamatory statements; we were simply stating the facts. This has undoubtedly been the worst customer service experience, bordering on non-existent service.
At this juncture, the additional links become insignificant. Consumers have the right to share honest reviews, and not every review is overly positive. This criticism is meant to provide an accurate portrayal of the purchasing experience with the company, emphasizing that consumers deserve the right to obtain a truthful representation of their journey, rather than intending to damage the company's reputation.

You have to this day left 3 1-star reviews on us, of the 4 negative reviews we have of our company, 3 are yours, and that I think is enough to understand the evil and spiteful intents of your actions.
If you think that to leave 3 one-star reviews, for additional links of a bracelet that we were going to send, and that we could not because they were out of stock, pretending to be three different people, is not trying to defamate a company, you are delusional, and we will see what Trustpilot thinks.
Just to add to this, the additional links were not requested on the original order, and we were even going to send them for free to the customer. We never tried to not send them, we simply took a few days to respond as we were incredibly overloaded with work.
This person left two one-star reviews, rewording the review, trying to make it look as if they're not from the same person, at which point we reached out, asking what that was about, and then ended up leaving ANOTHER one star review today. Customers will obviously see right through the evil intention of this person who just found us as an excuse to take out some frustration and seems to find enjoyment in damaging people's work and reputation.
This is despicable behavior, and we will fight against it.
Indeed, reviews are your right and should be used to portray an experience, however negative and unpleasant, not to fake experiences and try to embarrass and bastardize people's work, because I would like to remind everyone that we are not Amazon here; we are a small company of people working extremely hard, and being treated in this manner really hurts and is saddening.
Before Trustilot interveens, I call to the consciousness of whoever is behind this and ask to sure, leave us a nasty one-star review that we can properly respond to, but to not think they have the right to ruin our hard-earned work just because they requested some additional links and we took 2 days to respond, that is not right.

And again, we can't trace back this comment to any of our actual clients and you have not provided the information needed to support your claim, and are waiting for Trustpilot to remove this review because it does not reflect an actual experience with our shop, in fact we offer several ways of getting in touch with us, via email, via our whatsapp line, and via our live chat from our website's bottom right corner, in addition to that many customers stay in touch with us also through Instagram, and we always get back to customers, in any of the chosen ways of communication, even if sometimes we might be slightly delayed, as we're experiencing an overwhelming amount of orders and requests.
