Ordering was so easy. I needed my wreath by a certain time as I was due to be away and was accommodated. The choice of wreaths were amazing offering seasonal wreaths at the time for Halloween. The wreath arrived with much thought, without squashing the stunning wreath. The wreath is currently hanging very proudly outside my front door.

Beautiful wreath.

These are not cheap and ordered one of the Autumn range. It has clearly been squashed. There’s no damage to the box so it clearly wasn’t noticed when it was packed. Contacted customer services who have yet to respond. But not worth the money.

Update-I have received a response from Maggie in customer services -apologising but “they do get squashed in transit” and she is glad I’ve managed to fluff it up. I sent a series of pictures of squashed flowers……no offer to replace return etc.

Perhaps try another company.

Ordered my Autumn wreath last week. Unfortunately I was sent an incorrect wreath. Contacted customer services, a return label was sent and a new order for the correct wreath raised. Returned the incorrect wreath this morning and the replacement has just arrived only 24 hrs after messaging customer services.
Excellent all round.

Purchased the eucalyptus breeze. Arrived promptly and packaged well.
Sadly, the wreath disappointed in parts. The plastic foliage on the wreath made it look cheap. I intented to return it however it was too much trouble so I have kept it. It looks ok but definitely not worth £45.

Received my stunning wreath yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased with it. The flowers are so realistic and it’s beautifully made, I would highly recommend this company. Also delivery was faster than I expected, thank. You wreaths

This is my second wreath and I'm delighted with it. It arrived beautifully packaged and within a couple of days of ordering.
It's very pretty and will be going on my front door. Value for money too. Very happy 😊

I am a bit disappointed to be honest, the wreath is nice but the door hanger i ordered isnt in the box,no tissue around the wreath as shown in the advert and one piece of brown tape to secure the box which resulted in the box being open.I have emailed with a picture and waiting for a reply.

Today my stunningly beautiful Christmas wreath arrived.
Beautifully boxed, only ordered on Sunday evening and it just arrived.
Can’t wait to hang it on our street door.
Will most definitely order again

My autumn wreath arrived promptly, beautifully wrapped. It is lovely, just as seen in the photo online. Will definitely be back in the Spring to choose another one ☺️

Amazing looks fantastic very life like

The wreath came within a couple of days of ordering, and it looks absolutely beautiful! It’s got the wow factor as well as looking natural and not artificial. I’m thrilled.

Stunning wreath thank you! Delivery was exceptionally quick too! I will be ordering again xx

Excellent prompt service. Well packaged and a beautiful product.
Highly recommended and I will definitely purchase from this company again Thank you

This was a gift so haven’t see the wreath and can’t judge the quality. The recipient said it was lovely. What I can comment on is the excellent customer service. My payment went through without me getting the opportunity to select a delivery address or message. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly allowing me to add the name and address of the intended recipient and a gift message. Delivery was quick.

Beautiful wreaths delivered in lovely packaging and arrived so quickly

Beautiful wreath, plenty of foliage and flowers. The colour is gorgeous and a great size.
