I am writing to formally complain about an unauthorized charge for a membership on your website, wrapthewish.com On November 5th, I placed an order under the impression that I was paying only for shipping of a promotional LEGO set. However, without my consent, I was subsequently charged for a membership I never agreed to.

I contacted your customer service immediately and was initially informed that the fee was non-refundable. However, after further discussions, I was assured that my refund had been processed and that I would receive it within 7 to 10 business days. To date, I have not received the promised refund, which I now consider fraudulent.

I hereby demand:1. An immediate refund of the unauthorized charge to my original payment method.
2. A written confirmation of the refund process with a clear timeline for when I will receive the funds.
3. A cancellation of any ongoing or future charges associated with this membership. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action, including:
•Filing a chargeback dispute with my bank.
• Reporting this case to relevant consumer protection authorities and fraud investigation agencies.
• Publicly warning others about your business practices on social media and review platforms.
I expect an immediate response and resolution of this issue. Please confirm the refund processing details at your earliest convenience.
