Beyond that period, any new infections are considered separate incidents and are not covered under the original service.

WORTH EVERY PENNY
These guys fix an issue I've been working on for over a week with a matter of 20 minutes. They are truly amazing and so promptly responsive! It is definitely been worse on it for the monthly plan to correct any issues since I've just completed my website and there are a few things that I don't know how to fix.

Rude and Dismissive
If you have a Wordpress.com, website, DO NOT waste your time. They have no patience for you. Every time I made a request, they responded by telling me that I should just get Wordpress.org instead. Absolutely nothing got done and they refused to give me my money back. Choose someone else to help you.

Amazing! Gus was so fast and considerate. His communications skills were exceptional. Fast, efficient. It ended up being a very simple solution. Before contacting WP FIX IT, I spoke to the theme's tech support staff. I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes, was told all kinds of things I should do to handle the problem, but it never got resolved.
