Absolutely delighted with my personalised Christmas decorations. I ordered two of them and they are gorgeous. This is a fabulous website. Really bad experience when I last ordered a few months ago. I have always made an effort to shop Irish, and have bought stuff from woowee for the last few years. There was an error made on the last item I ordered with regards to personalised writing, in fairness the error could be interpreted from both sides so difficult to know who was in the right or wrong. But the customer service was terrible. Would never order again which is sad considering it would have taken very little to rectify the problem.

Great website to order from. Packages are well wrapped up and I love that they gave me a gift bag aswell with the product so I didn't have to buy one myself.
Will definitely order from here again!

Ordered a personaliced Christmas Ornament. 1st class. From ordering to delivery. Paid the extra €2.50 for the presentation box as it's a Christmas gift. The box is extremely high quality and so worth the extra €2.50! Delighted with the ornament. Very neatly personalised and carefully wrapped inside the box. Highly recommend WowWee!

I am absolutely delighted with both products purchased from this company. I purchased a wedding frame and alsoa Hurley for a christening. The skill that has went into making them is second to none. I would give this company 10 stars if I could.
