Whatsapp support is awesome, made two orders from them previously once in Dubai for the pixel 10 fold and once in Bahrain for the pixel 10 pro.

Smooth dealings and the phones received were brand new with fast shipping, got it next day in Dubai and took two days to be sent to Bahrain

Good service. There was a small issue with a courier charge. VAT was not paid. So, I raised this concern. Although initially asked me to bear that cost, later they agreed to pay from their side only and sorted it. Genuine product and reasonably fast delivery to Riyadh.

I ordered a google pixel watch 4 which they delivered to me at an exhibition where i was for work. Unfortunately there was a factory defect. So they imediatly came back to pick it up and after that again to bring a new one, the same day.

Buying the DJI Mini 5 Pro Fly More Combo Plus was a good experience. I received continuous chat support at every step of the process. The follow-up and coordination were very good until the product was successfully delivered.

It is my first experience with wowffer, and i am totally impressed.
To be honest, i was hesitant to order from them, being in a different country, i thought it would take weeks to recieve my order (canon lens rf 100-400mm). And i was afraid of the product originality and fragility..however i decided to do it for their excellent offer price.
Once i made the order, i got email and whatsapp confirmation, same day evening i got order tracking notification. Next day i recieved my order!!!! I was really wowed. Well packed, carefully wrapped, And totally new original product.

Very fast shipping

Serious warning – misleading sales, hidden practices, and attempted unfair deductions

My experience with Wowffer was extremely concerning, and I believe other customers should be clearly warned.

I ordered a Fujifilm camera from their website for 7,999 SAR and paid 5,999 SAR upfront via Tamara. Before canceling the order, I contacted the store and was informed that the product was not actually in stock and that they were waiting for their own shipment. This means the store lists and sells products they do not physically have, only ordering them after receiving customer payment.

When I requested to cancel the order, Wowffer stated that because I used Tamara, I must pay Tamara’s fees and that they would deduct 10% from my refund. This was already unacceptable, but it became worse:

• The amount deducted was 699 SAR, which does not accurately represent the claimed percentage.
• After contacting Tamara directly, I was officially informed that Tamara fees are always the merchant’s responsibility, never the customer’s.
• Despite being informed of this, Wowffer still attempted to keep the money.

I escalated the issue to Tamara and provided full WhatsApp evidence. Tamara reviewed the case, sided with me, and refunded the full amount, clearly confirming that Wowffer had no right to make any deduction.

This was not a misunderstanding — it was a clear attempt to shift merchant costs onto the customer and profit from cancellation fees they were not entitled to.

If Tamara had not intervened, I would have permanently lost 699 SAR.

I strongly advise anyone considering this store to think twice, verify stock availability, and be extremely cautious with payments and refunds.
