I purchased two tickets through Wowcher and initially everything seemed straightforward. However, after buying the tickets, I was told to check the available dates and book my preferred slot in August. To my surprise, there was absolutely no availability in August at all. In fact, the next available dates were not until December, which was completely useless for what I had purchased the tickets for.
I immediately contacted their WhatsApp support, which appears to be nothing more than an endless loop of automated responses. Speaking to an actual human being seems impossible. I explained the situation and requested a refund, as the service I had paid for simply wasn't available when advertised.
I was then asked to provide several alternative dates so they could "double-check" availability. I did exactly that and gave them every opportunity to resolve the issue. They came back confirming that there was still nothing suitable available. At that point, I requested a refund again, which I believe was entirely reasonable given that they could not provide the service I had purchased.
Since then? Nothing.
Complete radio silence.
No phone call. No email. No meaningful update. Every attempt to follow up results in being pushed back to the same useless chatbot. It feels as though once they have your money, getting any form of customer support becomes an impossible task.
The level of customer service has been shocking. I have now had to raise the matter with my bank and provide screenshots of all conversations because I have been left with no other option. The fact that I am still waiting for a response from a real person says everything about how this company treats its customers.
Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. If you value your time, your money, and decent customer service, I would strongly recommend avoiding Wowcher and looking elsewhere.

Dont bother. They put you in contact with WhatsApp agents then tell you to contact them directly but dont tell you how! Order was cancelled due to overselling so just want my refund. UPDATE - now through

I placed my 1 st order on 26th June for an air cooler 3 day delivery Great! After a couple of days checked with them on what’s app when delivery was ! Well there is no direct point of contact to actually speak to someone , only what’s app, all they do is pass it customer support team 2 replies go to tracking , tracking wasn’t updating, I then requested a refund customer support team again! No response ! Out of the blue 12 days later the air con came, the merchant had put the cable in the draw where water goes it was pinched consequently the lead is split showing wires 😡😡😡, absolutely fumming, contacted Wowcher again oh will pass it on to customer support team they will get back to you ! Have you contacted the merchant yes no response & No response since 5 days ago from Wowcher, nothing is dealt with , want you to review , this is all you get - The Customer Support Specialist team will review your request. Please allow them some time to get back to you. (Note: This is an automated message.). Horrendous customer service, no customer care, and the item is not fit for the purpose it’s meant for 😡😡😡

Ordered face mask but realised that this wasn't what I wanted. Asked for refund and was emailed that that would be fine. Returned item and still waiting on refund now 3 months later. I contacted citizens advice but they were useless.

I ordered 2 garden chairs and paid for them and they took my money the same day. After checking delivery as I heard nothing from them I discovered they had cancelled my order and did not tell them me. I have asked for my money back as they wanted to give me a credit which I did not want as I have still to buy 2 garden chairs. They are a disgrace as basically they have kept my money and it was their fault

Very good offers, but the process required to redeem the voucher is over complicated. This needs to be simplified.

My code from wowcher did not come , no personal support all computerised. My detail were asked over and over, the time and effort i spent going back to wowcher was far too long. Its far too cumbersome. Not a good exoerience . Into my 4 day without a resolution.

I was a bit nervous ordering as I haven't done it before. The ordering process wasn't too bad. I just dislike the redeeming part of the process as when I tried to do it it was a bit complicated but I got it in the end. I haven't received my purchase as I have onky ordered so we will see how long it takes.

First item i didn't receive, was given 50euro credit. Ordering items to use credit, didn't receive codes to use credit. Credit code sent exactly same time of purchase unable to use. I'm now over 90euro for a hairdryer.App is very confusing.

I booked a spa break for a work colleague for a special break with her daughter after working with us for 13 years we done a collection. When she went to book it was expired even though it expired December 2026. My collection was £134 I felt so bad she couldn’t have this break I had to book it again which I paid out my own money another £134 .when I contacted them all I got it’s been expired.So Wowcher has had £134 that I didn’t spend.Absolutely ridiculous will never book anything with them again and will be blocking their emails not happy a way of making money for themselves

I booked a 4 day city break for £240 it's now costing me £600. I been given a hotel that doesn't have good public transport my leaving airport is 108 km away. I feel am better off taking the lost and not having all the stress. I will still need to eat and get from A/B. I should have just booked a 7 day break by the beach it would be cheaper and no stress. With a travel company not a uncaring company wowcher. As I was meet with BS then I asked for help. Still waitting for them to contact me. like to sound that they caring but they not . All for show

First time I’ve purchased and I’ve given a 3 because it wasn’t clear to me that I’d have too pay another £4.99 p&p. So my total for 4 stickers is really 8.48
