After cab dropping you for 300-500 km its has to come back for those many kilometers . And due to covid 19 the cab will come empty only. we will not get any customers.

The booking went smooth. Clean car. The only negative aspect was that the driver was spitting out of window intermittently. May be is not told that it is a bad practice, and he is not aware that it is an unhygienic thing to do. Rest all went well.

Very bad experience they also give threats to customers and charges extra money and their drivers drive the car just like a Bullock cart and increase the time hour so that they can charge extra money and if u say anything they will tell u to complain to the company. They use tactics so that they can charge unnecessary amount and this is done by their agents.

Wowcabs the the most transparent cab service currently available in india. At wowcabs we clear each and evry payment terms before a booking confirmation. Wowcabs cab service has no surcharge or no hidden cost.
After thorough background check we found that you denied genuine payments for your overstay in your journey. You booked the cab for 48 hours and you used the cab for 58 hours.
Being said that as a valuable customer we tried to wave off 70% of the waiting charge but you didn't pay a penny for your overstay.
Which is very unethical from a customer perspective. All our customers never had this kind of experience. But when as a customer you don't want to pay , we can't force you to pay for a small amount.
