Good experience Driver was good

Every thing was smooth enough enjoy the ride.

The trip was arranged nicely on time with short notice. And booking was easy through pay by link feature.

Suggestion: to have the pick up smoother it would be great to arrange name board in arrival.

Overall excellent service in terms of vehicle,driver,timely and reasonable price.

I booked Innova Crysta but in the last moment given plain Innova. The reason communicated to me, due to President visit, all Innova Crysta were booked. Anyways, I am satisfied with the service. Thanks 😊

Through WhatsApp; I had booked WowCabs on 9th March 2021 for 10th March 2021 starting from Kazibazar to Kapasi. a cab for 17 seater travelers (Driver Name - tiki, as shared the details) and another Dzire (Reg. No.: OD 02 AD 1281).

I have confirmed to paid garage to garage (Kalpana Square, Bhubaneswar as shared the information) and no negotiation with them.

I have paid advance as they said each cab's and during next day in the transient, 17 seater cab driver had taken cash from my guest. This information had not shared with anyone. Lastly, My guest said the driver had taken cash for filling the diesel. You peoples can understand how unprofessionalism.

My issues had come when I want to make full and final payment;
In the detailed break-up; the Dzire had claimed 11 km extra and sent us speedometer readings during pick-up & drop. However, at the same, the 17 seater Travellers had claimed 72 km extra (neither he had shown speedometer reading to anyone during pick up nor drop).

This is normal practice to show the speedometer reading to the concerned team as proof of pieces of evidence, but here they are made wrong.

A false claim might be spoiled the future of both agencies and their drivers. Kind request to all guys, please careful unprofessional agencies and their staffs. This is for public awareness.

Really smooth experience. Considering the time I had booked it for at 4am in the morning, the cab was right on time.
We had a very good and experienced driver as well and a nice and clean cab.

Overall a great experience.
Would recommend anyone looking out for cabs to try and book from Wowcabs, they have a really good service.

We took wow cabs service for the first time. They are quite professional. Charges were pretty fair. Will love to recommend to my colleagues and friends.

The driver arrived more than 1 hour late. Also he seemed to be moving the cab around when we were busy sightseeing which wasted some 10-12 kms of my allocated kilometers. Barring this, it was a smooth experience.
