Wound Care Shop Anmeldelser

The people are helpful and friendly. I understand that some customers are anxious about the delivery time frame for the masks but I think it's unfair to leave negative rating due to this unusual event. Wound Care Shop tries to communicate via their website and I've been able to reach them by calling during their office hour.

I haven't received it yet. Could you provide tracking no for me

I received the tracking number of the shipment via the email, but I couldn’t track my order with the provided number.
I have emailed twice to the company, but I have not yet got any feedback from the company. I am stilling waiting for my parcel.

Glad to find this shop online. Kind of worried at first and chased order for a few times via email and web site contact. Eventually the order got shipped and delivered on schedule.

Called the office and confirmed our order. Delivered at reasonable time during this viruses concern time, thanks!

Quick service and the item was actually in stock as opposed to several other sites I checked.

Keep the customers posted for the delivery

Simple, easy and effective thank you!!!
Way better than Amazon

Friendly and helpful Customer Service Personnel

I requested twice for shipping info but even not a single reply, I just want to know when will it be shipped, and if it’s not shipped yet just tell me it’s not ready for shipment. I heard no news from my order after I placed the order for one week.

Great customer service and price. Fast delivery too, took only 3 days to deliver to my door after I placed an order.

Although the masks I ordered are not the same brand but it does offer the same protection level.

easy, understandable, and fast

Quick delivery once shipped coz they use USPS priority mail.

Cynthia, who answers emails, is very kind and helpful and always gives prompt assistance.

Glad to see their online notice eventually to update the latest position on masks, instead of letting customers worry about their orders when individual email reply is not possible at this stage. While I’m still waiting for their shipment notice on another order, fully understand the difficult situation and thanks WoundCareShop!

I need to chase for the update of my orders. Besides , I experience payment issue and still awaiting to have formal reply.

Very good! I bought masks. Have received the tracking number.

It's the second time I write the comment to Woundcare. They can keep their promise and provide the product even in a very bad environment when everyone is ordering the mask. Finally, all products are shipped! Excellent service!

not yet received the goods. Telephone no on answer and email no one replied

Not honest seller. Don't buy. They substitute your goods with other low quality goods without informing you. That is stealing. A crime. Sue them.
