Wosiwosi can be trusted. I have purchased from them a couple of times and the customer service is so good.
A good portion of my last purchase came spoiled due to transit delays from the courier's end and when I reported it and sent proof, they apologised and replaced all my vegetables that came bad.

I have been ordering foods from Wosi Wosi Foods, UK for the past 3 years and I have never been disappointed with the quality of food products delivered at my doorsteps in Scotland. The foods are delivered fresh. Frozen foods are delivered in ice coolers with ice packs. The delivery is always on time as stipulated by the Wosi Wosi team. In addition, I have recommended the Wosi Wosi brand to many other friends who also have positive feedback about the brand. Wosi Wosi is gradually becoming a household name.

Essex, still frozen.

It’s my first time of shopping at Wosiwosi and sincerely I love this place. Polite staffs, clean environment and relatively cheap prices.

I have been a loyal customer of Wosiwosi and have introduced several friends to them, but this latest experience is deeply disappointing. My order arrived with two items completely missing, despite paying full price for the goods and delivery. When I called to report this, I specifically told them I did not want a refund, i wanted the items I paid for to be sent out since they have it in store. They promised to send them. I waited four days, called back to check, and was told they "forgot" and tried to force a refund on me again. To make matters worse, some of the food items that actually did arrive were not up to standard which they apologised for and I let go. My calls have been unanswered and my messages ignored thereafter.
It is unacceptable to take a customer's money for delivery and goods, leave items out, and then refuse to mail them when the mistake is pointed out. Very poor customer service. Still waiting for my missing item.

I have been ordering from them for a while and it is always hit and miss. Luckily more online African stores are opening. I no longer order fresh vegetables from them because they always without fail have sent decomposing food to me. I recently spent a lot in their store and I did not get what I ordered. I got the wrong order. The issue is that instead of saying that they do not have what you need in stock they send the wrong thing/things. Customers will understand if you do not have it in stock - just message them. It is quite disappointing. Already, I buy my plantain from a different supplier who does not send decomposing plantain, my scotch bonnet peppers are also now bought from a normal high street supermarket.

Wosi Wosi, your store as a concept is so good but your execution of orders is poor. What a shame. I imagine that you are losing many potentially loyal customer - I know I have now found an alternative store.

Please need help to contact wosiwosi, ordered 60 pounds mackerel and received only 2 pieces of mackerel. Please any contact for them. I have tried the email, what's up and their telephone, no response

I was sent a different food order from what I ordered, I stopped buying things from them because of the way they handled my order.
The reason I gave you people 2 star rating was because you were good the 1st and 2nd time I order food stuff from you. But the 3rd time was a disaster i was sent rotten smoked chicken wings instead of smoked turkey wings.
The wosiwosi people called me and apologise they never refunded me my money.

This is the second time I am ordering from wosiwosi and I am very disappointed. I ordered fresh uziza, fresh oha leaves and two other items. The fresh leaves arrives completely covered in fungus and mould. Both rotten. I was so surprised as anyone who had packed the original item would have seen that it was rotten and expired. I subsequently messaged the seller on watsapp hoping to find a resolution - either a refund or a new item reposted out to me. But I was completely ignored. Baring in mind I have previously conversed with them on this same number when I asked if they had a certain item in stock so I do know that number is in use. This is very poor tactic from the company. I will therefore strongly advise against purchase of fresh items as if it arrives rotten like it did in my case you have no opportunity to get a new item or a refund.
