When my leaf blower failed inside its warranty the service was excellent from Patrick. He arranged the collection and replacement within 1 week. Great customer service and nice to speak to a human rather than the automated chats.

How refreshing to talk to a real person and have your issue resolved in minutes. I had lost a part from my Worx mini chainsaw on first use and called the helpline and spoke to an agent who after ensuring he’d correctly identified the part in question immediately placed an order to ship the part. Excellent service, if only all service was this good.

Needed some help sourcing a specific replacement blade for my WORX angle grinder. Customer Services (Patrick) could not have been more helpful, top chap! First Class service. Many thanks.

Excellent service from Worx support. I misplaced my nozzles for my paint sprayer, which meant my sprayer was unusable. Worx promptly sent me a replacement set. Well done to Patrick for a great service.

Purchased a pressure gun but didnt use it for a few weeks . There was a part missing and once I contacted Patrick at Workx it was dealt with very quickly and the part is now in the post. Very impressed with his high level of service throughout .

I needed a spare part for my Worx Cordless Pruning Saw (which is a brilliant tool!). I contacted the Product Support guys and between us we identified the required part quickly and in a professional manner and it was soon dispatched. I'm very pleased all round.

Had an issue with a cordless circular saw, which failed. Contacted Worx and a replacement was agreed without any issues. Excellent communication as well. Highly recommended.

After a few months, Power washer faulty,contacted customer service,sent video to show them problem.
They sent me a return label.after about 10 days received replacement.

Emailed with a missing part on a brand new lawn mower, the service was excellent and fast, only too happy to help, great service.

Bought many Worx tools before.

Had an issue with cordless saw, contacted support and got a reply within 2 days asking to provide receipt for item. I did this and i haven't heard back from them, its been nearly 1 month.

Had a problem with my power washer sent to them said Id hear from them after 3-4 days, heard nothing back, chased numerous times no response via email. Can't get hold of on phone been without a power washer for weeks. Really frustrated that they won't communicate with me

Excellent customer service. My grass collection box had been chewed by a hungry little mouse. Contacted worx and they sending me a replacement.

This brand is nothing but inexpensive landfill rubbish. Avoid like the Chinese plague!

I have left a review for poor service from Worx in the past, so to offer balance...
I bought a hedge trimmer direct from Worx and when it arrived something was rattling around inside.
I sent a video to Worx customer service and they arranged for the faulty item to be collected at a convenient time.
I made them aware that I needed the trimmer for a job that weekend so they arranged for a replacement to be sent as soon as I confirmed the faulty item had been collected, the whole process took less than a week,

I have been in dispute with this company since July 2024. I sent a faulty switch driver due to sticking switch in July.
They have continually fobbed me off I have asked them to return the drill or reimburse me They say they will reimburse me because the drill cannot be found. They then go on to say the reimbursement will be in the form of a cheque but that has not appeared. The customer service side is non existent
Extremely frustrating and disappointing

For some reason they send everything wrapped in black shrink wrap which offers no protection to purchases. I had to organise an exchange as my first delivery was in an awful state.

The level of customer service I received from Emma was outstanding and within a day I had a replacement item delivered and the damaged one picked up via DPD.
