We recently used them again to purchase our second property. Tammy was extremely helpful and reassuring with any questions or issues we had during the process. Simon and Tammy are great to work with, very personable and professional. Occasionally it takes a bit of time to get through to them or to get something back, hence the 4 rather than 5 stars. But I believe they're particularly busy at the moment and the wait is still minimal! Would definitely recommend.
