A recently purchased a starter kit it went through Amazon I've tried to get a hold of Amazon to get this situation rectified that I've not no success yet I'm now going through trying to find a way to just talk to somebody yet wormhole and that has had no positive outcome either I'm just trying to find out which delivery service and who's using the delivery service so that I can get my product replaced or get my money returned because they delivered the product to the wrong address it was the right complex but it was the wrong address but them delivering it on Halloween night and not ringing a doorbell like they should or knocking on the door saying hey your stuff's here...

I would keep continuing ordering from here!

Connections are loose. Rca connections are loose and the machine constently looses voltage. Motor stopped working after 2 large tattoos. 18 hours total.
Inks are junk and deff don't look safe for humans. the cartridges are not aligned needles are placed in crooked. They are Chinese made and they do look and feel well Made but they are junk

also they do not Honor the manufacturers warranty u buy them off Amazon or ebay and get a junk machine and want to send it In for repair you are 100% out of luck. They will gas Light you and say it's unfair to ask for the manufacturers warranty because you didn't buy it directly for the website. Even though they say All wormhole machines are covered.

Did not receive product, several weeks and still waiting.

Honestly, I haven't even used my equipment yet. But, I will say that you guys delivered when said date was. Everything that came inside package seemed pretty legit. This was my first time ordering thru you guys or anyone for tattoo supplies for that matter. I hope my first time tattooing with my own gun from you guys is great. Ty.

Had some problems with package delivery going through fed ex. Package was delivered to the wrong address and fed ex told me they weren’t responsible to contact the seller. When I told wormhole what happened they apologized to me told me they were going to look into it and file a report with fed ex. They even sent me what I ordered again to replace the lost order. Customer service was fast and very friendly. I would defiantly recommend this site.
