Worst customer service ever holding my payments for no reason what so ever I have asked them if my clients can email them to confirm these payments but they are totally ignoring me and everyone that I speak to are not allowed to talk to me about this.

After hearing good stuff about worldpay, I decided to use them when starting my new memorial business. They have been fantastic from the start and I would strongly recommend any business that is thinking of using worldpay. Special mention to Connor in Hartlepool for setting everything up for me and being there for support.
Fantastic service from start to finish.
Their actions may have killed my business
This year the decided to send KYC to my address (old address) so I didn’t get it. They then blocked my business transactions coming in, no phone call, no email (how they’ve contacted me for the past 10 years!)
All because they wanted to check the director details were the same (as they have been for the past 10 years!)
It’s now been 4 weeks since all the information was provided and they have neither paid me the backlog of transactions or allowed the new payments we take every day to flow. Every time I call I’m told the same thing, we’ve flagged it as urgent to get this resolved as I can see we have everything g we need, it should take 3 days to confirm and 3 days to make payments… do t worry, new transactions will flow as normal from 3 days time…
I’ve been hearing this for 3 weeks now!! 90% of all our income has now been blocked for 6 weeks. I had to borrow money to make payroll in November, I will have to not pay people in December as I have nowhere else to turn as a small business that runs as a not for profit support g it’s local community.

Wish there were an option for zero stars. Accepted our business after a lengthy application process and then reviewed in the first week, terminated the agreement and are keeping the money.

I'm always a bit sceptical about changing PDQ providers but it couldn't have been easier. The guy who set us up was friendly and helpful (he even took our call when he was on holiday)
The machine is a breeze to use and I can even work it without my specs!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE FALSE CHARGES
Worldpay is a the worse company to deal with. Send threatening letters in error demanding payment for invoices already paid, Arrogant staff, dishonest staff, over charging, non english speaking customer support who are useless, use these clowns at your own cost and hassle. STAY AWAY FROM WORLDPAY

As I can not write a review , I will comment this on all visible posts relating to world pay.
Stay away from this company. They fraudulently took £440.40 from our business bank account, (we have not been with this company since January 2020)
After an hour waiting to speak to someone they realised this was a mistake and paid the money bank to my account , however after the refund came through , a few days later it was refunded again. Clearly a mistake, without hesitation I sent it back to them.
Now they are harassing me to pay them £440.40 AGAIN!
Even when you leave this company they will continue to plague you for any reason.
Also they are incredibly overpriced for their service (hence why we original went else where)
This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever. If you're thinking of using them as a card machine provider, don't! We've been using them for years and the service we are getting is non-existent. where do I start, wrong billing ( we have been charged for an extra terminal for one year! I have been trying to get money back for 6 months, nobody cares). If you have an issue, you stay on the phone for ages explain your problem, nothing get done. it's an absolute nightmare dealing with these people.
