Brought some crocs at a good price with quick delivery too. unfortunately my crocs were coming apart so I emailed them and showed them pics they sent out a replacement the next day. Hopefully I just had a faulty pair as my previous crocs are still lasting 3 + years.

Ordered on Tuesday night, basically Wednesday in shipping terms and they arrived on Saturday. Very happy with a quick delivery for the free delivery. Crocs arrived in brand new condition. Very happy I managed to find these. Found it hard to get them in my size.

Super disappointed to received these distressed boots with deep scratch through the leather. The boots themselves are damaged, but rad. Sanita makes mighty fine footwear! But this international seller sold these damaged boots and shipped from Australia to the US. Only offered $20USD for return shipping instead of granting a partial refund. Will never buy from World of Clogs again.

Distressed is wonderful and what I purchased; an actual scratch through the leather is damage, Robbie.
I did not “insist” on a partial refund, I merely asked for what any “culture” would consider a fair compromise. Something as simple as $20USD to refund instead of $20 towards return shipping would have been grand. It would have cost approximately twice that much to return. Why should I lose money because you shipped a damage product?

I had to replace my pair of Sanitas clogs after about 12 years. They are so comfortable! But tha sole wore out. So, I bought the new pair from World of Clogs. Good company. The new one were delivered as promised and they feel just like my originals! Very good price, too. I recommend this website for clogs.

These clogs are gorgeous! The color is perfect, and the shoes fit exactly as they should. I know Sanita shoes last a very long time, and I look forward to wearing these for many years to come. It was a joy to do business with World of Clogs!

EDITED: I’ve edited this as since posting the company got back in touch and have refunded me the delivery and return charge. A shame this didn’t happen before but the contact was quick and refunds instant. 3 stars as initial ordering/delivery was good and the refund of the product and then extra charges all very quick. Had the shoes been same size would have been very happy with the product. I have already reordered from elsewhere though.

Initially happy, quick delivery etc but when the shoes I ordered arrived 1 was smaller than the other (though both labelled the same). They were bought as a present and when the recipient tried them on one felt tighter, when then looked they were also visibly different in length and width. I contacted the company as having already paid delivery I didn’t want to pay return too of a faulty product (also stated I wanted to reorder them which I wouldn’t need to do if correct) but was told after sending pictures they weren’t obviously faulty so would have to pay for return.
Needless to say I didn’t reorder from here.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. terrible customer service and poor quality checks in place. Ordered Mens UK9, world of clogs delivered Men’s UK10. I returned them as ‘wrong size’ and they charged ME for the postage and said NO ERROR WAS MADE?! Stating “we’re sorry they weren’t a good fit”.. disgraceful service and inability to resolve simple issue created by their own mistake.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. there are plenty of other sellers out there.. don’t make the mistake I did!!
