Shocking company !!!! Paid £750 for flight to Jamaica, no email confirmation just communication through what’s app, went to airport, check in clerk could not find my booking, tried to call them but no
Answer, had to pay an additional £1,000 to BA to rebook flight, communication absolutely shocking!!! First they offered me a voucher then promised to refund my money back, it is impossible to speak to someone, they kept hanging up the phone after several attempts to contact them, long story !! they eventually refunded back my, avoid them like the plague, they should not be allowed to trade, BA are trying to investigate what went wrong but can’t because the details they have against my booking has no relation to any of my correct details, I am going to report this to the ombudsman, this should never happen.
