What a fantastic selection
What a fantastic selection!
Overwhelmed with the brilliant bits you can buy. So many things you just can't get hold of, especially in a semi-rural area where soy sauce is considered 'exotic'. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again, I qualified for a free express delivery and it arrived within 24hrs...it felt like Christmas when the box arrived.
The only thing I would say was that I was actually looking for German bread dumplings, semmel knoedel...please, please get these in stock! So hard to get in the UK. They would fly off the shelf.
Personally I would buy half a tonne.
In any case, German dumplings or not, I will be making another purchase soon. 10/10!!!

Refunds order and returns
Firstly I ordered the product and it arrived after 1 week everything was ok.
It was the fact that when I done the return order no one got back to me it took World food shop three weeks to send the labels now my worry is that would I get my money back in time.
Very bad and unprofessional service when you do the returns and refunds due to my medical condition things have been really stressful and tiring and this returns order and refund have taken its toll on me.
This is very unprofessional towards me and the company did not treat me right. There is no number to contact customer service just to email which is really unprofessional and really bad.

It's been 4 days now World foods shop has not responded to my email.
I have not received my invoice for the refund as of yet. When will you be sending me the invoice?
I want to know how much would I be coming back to me.

If your order is within our returns policy, your return should be automatically accepted and a label generated for you straight away. We're sorry this didn't happen as quickly as it should have in your case, and we are looking into why there was a delay. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We can see that your return has now been processed and your refund issued. If you have any concerns about the timing of this, please do email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We appreciate that email-only support isn't everyone's preference, but it does allow us to keep our prices competitive and ensure every query is tracked and responded to thoroughly. We always aim to reply within 24 hours.

Your order was delivered and marked as such by the courier. We provided you with proof of delivery on 13th February.
In your email to us on 14th February, you confirmed the parcel had been left at your door. Unfortunately, once a parcel has been successfully delivered, any loss after that point is outside our control.
We'd recommend reporting this to your local police as a potential theft. If you need a copy of the proof of delivery for this, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
