This company is a total joke I worked 4.5 hrs over 3 weeks ago thay asked for details witch I've sent. And still asking for proof of work uk witch I've sent If thay had a brain between them all thay would contact the agency witch is coyles and ask for a copy of what ever thay want 3 weeks I've been going round in circles to the point Thay can keep the money.I will never ever use such scum bags accounts again The whole system is crap.Know one ever calls you back etc thay hust say login but how on earth you ment to do that with out the fxxxxxx code.????JOKE.Rupert Harvey 07369 231603. Please get in contact thay say in 3 days or this won't be resolved!!How about you contacting coyles agency and tell them you want every thing I've sent them forwarding to the cow boys!!!But like I say this firm do not have the brains to do that.Like I say avoid!!!!!!!I bet I've spent more money trying to talk or contact this company Than thay actually owe me.

Terrible
Terrible - will never use this company again when my contract ends.
Used to be a really good company, had no issues with them up until 2 years where they’ve gone down hill considerably.
They have stopped paying into my pension since February even though my payslip shows I’m still being charged.
I’ve had to chase them numerous times where they said it is resolved and have sent NEST a backdated payment which still hasn’t been actioned.
Fed up of constantly having to chase them, they tell me they will call me back for an update but here I am again having to call them to see what is happening. During this time, I’m loosing any potential growth on my pension while it sits in Workwell bank account.
I raised a complaint with them on their website in February and no one has investigated it.
You get the same friendly staff who answer and say they will be helpful and get back to me but as soon as the call ends nothing gets done. Service is awful.
