I ordered stuff because their based son stoke bout 1 hour away from me !!!! My order has took 2 weeks to arrive, I could have collected them same day if I new !! And they use Hermes or evri the worst delivery service ever !!!!! Not happy

You ordered on Saturday the 26th August and your order was processed on Tuesday the 29th as it was Bank Holiday Monday. Today is three working days into your delivery from order, not two weeks. Ordered 2 new pair of work trousers
Ordered 2 new pair of work trousers, 38w 29l. When they arrived, they were 40w 29l. On the invoice that was sent with the trousers stated 40w 29l, when I checked my e-receipt/ purchase order, it says 38w 29l. Don't know if they had run out and sent a size bigger, technical issue or if they were just pulling a fly one. Unfortunately I needed them and had to persevere with them.
