i have been doing meditation for the past one and half years but i was not on a proper track to get the real concentration while doing the meditation.. but when i joined the course of Dr.Piyush Prabhat sir , miracles started happening in my life .. many great experiences .. also really love the way sir teaches us.. and of course the group energy while doing together is amazing ..Lov u so much sir
