We focus on practical guidance for people interested in offshore careers, including: • offshore job preparation • CV positioning for the Norwegian market • interview preparation • understanding offshore requirements and certifications • access to offshore-related opportunities and industry information Our goal is not to promise jobs, but to help people become better prepared, more competitive and more informed before entering the industry. The project was built based on real offshore experience and focuses especially on people who are starting from zero and trying to understand how the offshore world actually works. Through consultations, educational materials and industry guidance, WorkOffshore.org has helped many people take their first steps toward offshore careers.

Long story short. Begining was very urcentain but mostly becaus of me daubting myself....once we got all paperwork in order and my confidence up it was smooth. I dont have a fix contract yet but the deal was to get job on the sea and I did, the rest is up to me,
