So far I have a great experience with Workmotion. I worked with other EOR providers before and never had a good customer support experience. With workmotion I have a dedicated account manager and am able to reach out to this person anytime. The platform itself is intuitive and easy to use.

Sometimes it takes a few back and forths to solve a problem (if you have special tax or document needs) but they are always very helpful.

Workmotion makes compliance in other countries so easy. Their solution allows companies to hire in locations where no legal entity has been set up yet. The communication with the different stakeholders is great and even when we faced some issues with the payroll in one case, the resolution was quick and it never happened again afterwards.

The onboarding for my new job was amazing, clear and fast. They helped em trough all my doubts via the ticket system and they answered pretty fast. I do not imagine starting working in Spain without all their advises and support.
