Our school has just begun a service level agreement with Wordful and we are 100% happy with the service. The company is really well-aligned with the values of our school and we have been allocated an experienced and knowledgeable therapist who is giving us the specialist insight we need into the communication needs our students. Would recommend the service to any school leader without reservation.

Coming from the NHS speech and language therapy service with my older children. I didn't know how behind they were until Kirsty and her fantastic team took after my children's speech and language therapy. With each child, the first appointment was checked. They were all below despite older girls having 2 years' speech and language from the NHS. Within a year, my girls having speech and language with Kirsty and her amazing team. My children's speech was growing and growing. You could just notice the difference and how much effort and hard work put into their speech and language sessions there speeches came on brilliantly. Before I knew it, my little boy attended school and speech and language when his first appointment he had just 10 words! He was autistic and non-verbal. The team stuck right on.They had so much patience with him and made every session enjoyable to keep engaged. They got to know his likes and strengths and worked with that the results. They even went above and beyond with hospital referrals to Birmingham children's hospital to find the causes of the speech and language issues again without asking just them going above and beyond. My son is now 8 and verbal and even able to read!! I finally got to hear my little boy's voice. I could see such a difference with my son just having Kirsty and the team speech and language invention. In 2 years, he has been putting words together, 3 years reading and having conversations.his personality is coming all with the confidence of being able to speak. Now he had his new-found voice. I will be forever grateful to the Wordful team for the amazing work they have done for my children. Thank you all so much. I can't recommend them enough for your children's speech and language.

Kirsty delivered speech and language therapy training for me & my team. She is a wonderful facilitator & very knowledgeable. The training was well presented online & I appreciated the opportunity for case discussions & real-life examples to apply in my work with children in schools who have experienced trauma. The training day was filled with practical ideas, strategies and approaches. I have already started to implement her advice into my work with success. Thank you Kirsty!
