Wooter Apparel Anmeldelser

Wooter Apparel is a great place to get uniforms for any sports. This is my 3rd time shopping with them and every design and color I ever needed they get me exactly what I want. I recommend purchasing with them and ask for Kevin he get things done right away to perfection. 3/4 weeks return also they have the 2week rush order delivery service , so if you need it quickly they provide that also. 🫡

The designer was awesome! Love the jersey!

Always very helpful great communication and the products are awesome

The designer listened to all my requests and did an outstanding job designing tne merch just the way I requested

Waardeloos je besteld iets krijgt maar de helft geleverd stuur je een mail krijg je totaal geen reactie helaas moet ik 1 ster geven ze verdienen er eigenlijk nul

minus 1 score. I believe this is a SCAM site.
Paid for my order, awaiting overdue delivery. Emailed all 3 of the contact email addresses .... all bounce back as unable to deliver.

BE AWARE!!!!

BEWARE!!! This company will provide you with great customer service before you place your order, but once you have paid your order, you will get very little service after that. Their production obviously takes place in an oversees factory that they have no contact with other than shipping date "estimates". I have been given 3 different estimated shipping date and our order still has not been shipped even after paying for rush production. They cannot get updates for your order or package. I made the mistake of taking the reviews, because there are good ones, and did not check the BBB. DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE!! We are not out $2500 for uniforms we cannot use.

I would give zero stars if possible. Our designer was AMAZING! His wonderful customer service and attention to detail convinced us to go with this company. Big mistake! It has been a nightmare. Once we ordered, there was little to no communication. Test prints were nothing like the beautiful design. None of questions regarding the print were answered. No one answers the phone, returns calls, or answers emails or text. In the off chance you get an email, the standard response was "we forwarded your request, you should get new test prints soon." Horrible test prints that did not look like our design has lead to MANY revisions. We were supposed to get our rush order of over 100 uniforms between the June 18-25 and we STILL do not have approved prints.

Ant was always in touch with me. The very second I signed up he gave a me call right away. Always asked me if everything was good & if I needed anything else.

I requested a design, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The process was seamless and user-friendly. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing design work delivered on time!

Anthony is our sale's rep. and Stephen Leung is our designer, together they have been tremendous in helping us. We are a small Middle School Football team, they have helped us with our uniforms, our coach's attire, and hopefully much more in the future! Thank you all!

So far so good! Above and beyond customer support.

As a small nonprofit arts organization, we placed a $1,390 order with Wooter Apparel for custom jerseys intended for fundraising at our event on April 17. Unfortunately, the jerseys arrived just before the event with a significant error—the event logo was misprinted. Wooter offered to reprint the jerseys, but with only two days before the event, this was not a viable solution.

They then proposed a partial refund but only provided $100, which does not adequately compensate for the unusable merchandise and the lost fundraising opportunity. This experience was not only financially detrimental but also disheartening, considering the importance of the event for our organization.

We hope Wooter Apparel takes steps to improve their quality control and customer service to prevent similar situations for other organizations.

These guys were great! They met all my nit picky needs and got my final design looking exactly like I wanted. 10/10 recommend this service. Ready to get my jerseys!

I love this company!!

They understood what I wanted for my design with just a simple explanation of what I wanted

The team works on personalizing the items and making every request feasible.

Great gear at a great price. Salespeople are good to deal with. Website for the most part is easy to navigate and order though. Shipping is usually within the 3-4 week timeframe. Sometimes there are mistakes, but mistakes happen everyday. They make it right in the end! Recommend highly!

Wooter has been nothing but professional and kind through this whole process. Would recommend a million times.
