They created amazing jerseys that my kids love and we get compliments everyware we have raced. Greg Ichchenko was incredible to work with, he was always available to answer questions and keep me up with the process! The make sure you love your design and color.

Best online shopping store, uniforms were awesome and the customer service was even better. The uniforms are very well made and of great quality. I trust and recommend if you need similar something.

Wooter Apparel has been my go-to destination for sports apparel and custom team uniforms. Their quality and attention to detail are second to none, ensuring my team looks and feels their best on the field. The website is user-friendly, making it a breeze to design and order custom gear. Plus, their customer service is top-notch, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

The uniforms were great! The color, the quality and overall everything was great, go for it.

I recently had a fantastic experience working with Wooter Apparel for our rec league's custom basketball uniforms, and I'd like to give them a solid 4-star review. Our sales representative, Kevin C., was a true professional and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. He was attentive, responsive, and provided valuable insights into the design and fabric options.

The quality of the uniforms we received was top-notch, and the customization options allowed us to create a unique and stylish look for our team. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and we received our uniforms well before our first game. The overall customer service and attention to detail from Wooter Apparel, along with Kevin's assistance, made our uniform ordering process smooth and enjoyable. We'll definitely be returning for future orders!

Buyers beware! Going into the second weekend without our Jersey’s for our footballs teams. Promised delivery before the season started two weeks ago! Our league officials are having to tie the heat from your in ability to supply the jerseys you promised. Not only have you not delivered them you refuse to answer calls and give an explanation. Why should anyone ever use your company for apparel? If you can’t deliver what you promised and aren’t ethical enough to talk to the league officials who trusted you then you should not be in business. And don’t try and use the inability to hire employees to support your orders. If that’s the case you knew this when you accepted the order. Hopefully our league officials and others who want their items in a be timely manner as promised will no longer use you company!

GREAT uniform design, HORRIBLE post order service.

With Wooter's design help, we made some fantastic baseball uniforms for our 10U fall ball team. We went with home and away jerseys, along with custom knickers.

The jerseys are excellent, they're spot on in size and the quality is good. In 4 games so far, EVERY SINGLE TEAM we've played asked how we did what we did. I have told each of them at this point to stay away because of my experience.

The knickers look great, but the sizes all seemed off. When we finally heard back from someone at support, we were asked to measure and send pics of the pants back to them. We did immediately. That was 8 days ago.

All of the pants sizes were off by a 1/2 inch to a full inch from the waist and inseam sizes they advertise in their size charts. They claim on they site that their uniforms are true to size and sometimes even run large.

At least one pair had belt loops rip after a player squatted in them because of how tight they were - no fix coming for those.

When I first asked Anthony Rescigno (the laughable President of Sales) how to order a single pair (I thought a parent was originally at fault) I was answered in about 2.5 hours. I haven't heard from him since. His support team has responded three times to my multiple emails.

Nothing is getting done. DO NOT ORDER from them and expect any help post sale.

I ordered new team uniforms over a year ago. I did not want shorts only jerseys. They charge me for shorts and jerseys and refused to refund the money for the shorts. Not only that they are extremely difficult to get in touch with and get anybody on the phone, including the CEO. When we could finally get in touch with someone, they were very unprofessional and were not willing to refund us our money. This organization is a scam and completely unprofessional. If I could give it a rating lower than zero I absolutely would if you care about how business is done and getting your moneys worth do not use this company. We still do not have the money that is owed to us and it has been over a year and a half since the transaction happened.

Thank you woofer for sending my apparels in time, quality, and fabric used is awesome.

I must say, I had a fantastic experience with WOOTER!! The quality of their products is impressive. Not only did I find the perfect uniforms, but their customer service team was also friendly and helpful throughout the process.

I recently purchased sports apparel from Wooter Apparel and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality, performance, and style of their products.
I highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for high quality apparel with quick turnaround.

Awful - just awful. A MINUS 10 stars - the worst experience - I ordered basketball jerseys on April 11 - my card was charged on the 12th - 3 -4 week turnaround. I have reached out to the rep multiple times with no resolution and have called the main number and it's the same. A constant run around - the rep Idris is a joke - he doesn't return calls, sent me tracking for what was supposed to be my order - it was tracking for a package going to Oklahoma which was clearly not mine when I'm in Georgia. Reached back out and was told let me get with production and I'll get back to you - no response. Anything to delay. I paid $663.54 for 12 jerseys that I was supposed to have by May 11th - it's June 15th and I honestly don't think they've even started the order. DO NOT USE this company. They don't do what they say they are going to do - just the most horrible experience ever. I've called, text and emailed for a refund. As of this review on 6/15/23 no response. Imagine that. I want my $663.54 back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience of my life!!!! I spent over $1,800 on uniforms and warm ups for our AAU basketball team. The first order I placed in February and then I placed another one 2 weeks later. The first order never shipped or showed up. I contacted them and all they could say was they don’t know what happened. I demanded a refund or said I would be filing a charge back. They refunded me for the first order which was $300. The Second order was the same way. No explained of where my items. I have tried multiple times to work with them but they keep ignoring me and won’t fix their issues. I only got the warm ups from the second order and no uniforms. On top of that the coaches shirts I order are not even accurate sizing and can’t even be worn. I 100% got scammed. I suggest you stay away unless you like to fight to get your money back.

We ordered backpacks and they were quickly shipped to us. They look great. Hoping to work with them again for apparel. Abe has been very understanding and patient. Thanks so much for being awesome!

I was very excited to work with this company on a helmet they carry for my collegiate water polo player. I ordered it back in August and it never arrived. Reached out to the company and was referred to their customer service dept which was rude and completely ghosted me. I keep receiving advertising emails so replied and heard back from Anthony Rescigno. He initial wanted to give me a credit. I have no faith in this company and requested a refund. He said someone would be in touch with me. Still no refund. I see from reviews that their pattern is to Ghost people. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

Wooter has always helped with my order needs and made sure to have it delivered in time.

The customer service at Wooter Apparel is truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and delivered on time. I can't recommend them enough!

Thank you wooter for these awesome uniforms.
