Awesome customer service!!
I had an issue with my app where I couldn't upload my session. It was quite a bummer since this was one of my best sessions on the WOO so far. I reached out to customer support and they were very responsive. WOO kept me updated throughout the process and fixed the issue quite quickly so I was able to upload my session again.

WOO's first review
It used to be good ! Now it is Terrible!
1)There product is not salty water friendly (connectors are vulnerable to rust)
2)There waterproof protective case is meant to protect the device agains salty water but the case is not waterproof which makes it, as you can guess... useless !
3)There waterproof case sometimes accidentally clips open and you'r device ends up at the bottom of the sea (trust me, many people have lost there WOO in the deep abyss)
4)There costumer service is terrible!! if you send them an email you usually have to wait 1 to 4 MONTHS before you get an answer "if you get one.." (TIP: re-sending the same mail once a week can help)
5)There prices are worse than cryptocurrency, is it so hard to give this thing a price? One week the woo costs 250€ the next week169€ the next one back to 250€ and so on.... also there "waterproof" box used to be 10€ now it is 20€ did they just doubled the price??
6)The woo APP interface has lots of bugs and is often not working or crashes.
7)The woo itself sometimes records jumps that are not real, not very accurate.
8)The jumps recorded on a woo 3.0 give higher results than those recorded on previous versions 1.0 and 2.0. (By the new one to get higher jumps ??? Maybe/Maybe not)
9)Since they are so terrible "my guess" is that woo isn't doing that well so recently they came up with a fantastic monthly $ub$cription plan, so from now on after purchasing the woo you also have to pay a monthly fee to use the woo at its full potential if not you only get partial usability of the device. $Very $mart !
10)When purchasing a new device

Because they usually also don't deliver the device on time !

The idea and the people behind woo sports are amazing though! it's just that they don't do it right.
I hope that one day i will come back here and delete this review which i honestly will do if things would change.
