Woodworm were once famous not so nowadays . I was looking for some decent gear for my son. About 3 years ago I got him a bat. It was good . Over the next few years I have brought bigger and better bats, pads, balls, bags and gloves . I really rate the quality and the prices are reasonable . My only gripe is that I cant leave individual product review on their website . Context I manage a club Junior team . I have never had any problems with my orders . Richard

Bought a size 2 cricket bat for my son. Needed it fast so ordered next day.....didn't arrive for several days - bad start. Customer service not particularly helpful.

Bat is woodworm IB 235+ and itself is ok, not bad (average at best). However the grip was too big for the bat handle so just freely twists and pulls off whilst in use. Wrote to customer service and took an age with lots of chasing for them to send a smaller grip. However it was identical and essentially useless.

Wrote several times since and customer service continue to ignore.

It seems like because it is a small boys bat, the smallest grip is not small enough. However woodworm just ignore and fail to engage.

Really poor customer service. Average bat but unable to use it properly. Wouldn't ever use this company again and would recommend others to steer clear....not worth the hassle and risk of inadequate/incomplete equipment with no commitment from woodworm to resolve. A shame they can't be bothered.

Bought golf shoes, they started to fall apart after 5 holes by the end of nine holes the sole of the shoe had fallen off. By the end of the round the other sole had started to de laminate. I have photo's if you would like to see them. Garry

Wrong item sent, unable to make contact via customer services to resolve the issue, numerous emails sent but unanswered. Listed phone number always ‘engaged.’ Horrendous customer service.

Ordered from Woodworm through their website woodworm.tv and had mixed feelings overall. Delivery was quite fast, but there were a few delivery issues that made the process less smooth. The items themselves are good value for the price and decent quality, but nothing extraordinary. I like the idea of supporting a family-run business, but there’s room for improvement in some areas. I’d rate the experience 3 out of 5.

I placed the order on the Wednesday and received my product on Friday , speedy delivery .

I’ve only just found the brand woodworm and I’m loving it. Have ordered and received my items in great time and I’m so pleased with them. Very comfortable and quality clothing. Will certainly buy again!

Great value bat for the money, felt really premium for the price

Easy to follow website, speedy delivery, I received my golf shirts in 2 days, very reasonable price and good quality. This is my 3rd or 4th purchase and I've been delighted with them all.

I bought a pair last year and found them comfortable,but after a while one of the seams split I am hoping that these last a while longer.

Very quick delivery of goods and smashing service

The order showed as “Completed” very quickly, the Tracking showed as “Label Created” and that was how it stayed for 8 days.
Requests for updates just advised to watch the tracking but nothing changed.
I almost cancelled the order but then suddenly the order was out for delivery and arrived after 10 days.
The quality and fit are brilliant and great value for money so we will buy again and would be 5* but for the promised 2-3 working day delivery.

Good product, good service all at a good price, what more could you want?

Gutted to have to write this review as I've had bat, gloves and pads from you for my 12 year old son (last year) and everything was brilliant. This time I ordered an arm guard for next day delivery over a week ago and its not arrived. Plus I've chased and nobody has bothered to respond. So I've spent roughly twice as much as I should (to take into account next day delivery on a small item) and still not got anything...

This was my first time ordering from Woodworm and everything was great, ordered a pack of 3 golf shirts and they are true to size, also a cap very good adjustable fit, delivery was excellent will definitely check them out again.
