A family run business since 1959, we have vast knowledge on new and old sewing machines alike. We sell new and preloved machines, as well as holding multiple certificates for repairing and servicing major brand sewing machines such as Brother, Janome, Bernina, and more.
Our main priority has always been customer service, our efforts have always been put into the passion we have for delivering first class service, fast delivery, and having renowned helpful staff ready at hand to assist you.

From ordering online to receiving the product, excellent service was running out of black thread because of the quick service it meant. I was able to carry on with what I was embroidering would highly recommend Woodseats.

I've not actually had the goods as yet, even though it was ordered on the 25th March.
Amendment: I now have the parcel, it seems the original had been lost. I had reacted to the email asking for a review without first contacting Woodseats. My apologies for that and many thanks for your prompt response x

Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. We had unfortunately been left unaware of the fact you have not received your parcel as of yet and sincerely apologise for this. There have been no further updates to the parcel since it was collected from ourselves.
We have now processed your order once more and are sending a new parcel replacement out today for expected delivery tomorrow (05/04).

Had two very positive shopping…
Had two very positive shopping experiences with woodseats over the last month. First my machine needed fixing and they did it the same day for me, fantastic customer service by Matt.
Secondly we bought another machine on woodseats site and it was delivered by themselves (close in distance) and they gave me a little lesson in how to use it. Thank you so much!
