Levi was my sales person and walked me through every aspect of what we needed. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. Delivery through Fedex freight was surprisingly flawless and accommodating. While we have not completed construction of the fireplace - we did check off all our boxes on our packing label and looked over the fragile pieces. Everything looks great. We would highly recommend using Woodland Direct!!

Somehow, I ordered the same unit I thought I was purchasing, but in a ventless configuration, which would not meet local code. I returned the stove via FedEx ground, with insurance, for a third of the price that Woodland wanted for freight ($600). They said I could return however I like, but if there were damage, I would have to deal with it myself. When I went through my refund, I noticed it was $557.29 short. When I inquired, they said it was damaged. I was never notified. They sent pictures of a dent and four other pictures, but I couldn't tell what they were showing. I asked for exact detailsof and how they arrived at the deduction, so I could submit for insurance. I also wanted an explanation why I was not notified. I'm looking forward to hearing back from you.

We have a very small fireplace. Lyndon was so helpful finding propane logs that would work.

I ordered the 36 inch Heritage wood rack from Woodland Direct and when I assembled it I learned that it can be set up for two widths: the 36 inch width as pictured on the Woodland website, and a 23 inch width. I set it up at the 36 inch width but when I loaded in the wood, the left and right sides of the rack collapsed because the cuts in the steel at the connecting points with the frame are not deep enough to support the weight of the wood. I ended up setting it to the narrow width and it's fine but if I wanted a 23 inch rack I would have ordered a 23 inch rack. When I called Woodland customer service, I was told that I would need to pay the shipping costs for the return, and that a team would determine whether to give my a refund because the product was now "used," and even if they did issue a refund it would be minus a restocking cost. I commented that it wasn't until after "using" the product that I learned it didn't work but I got a him-haw reaction for the person. I followed up by saying if I returned the rack and they decided not to issue a refund, I would then have to pay to get the rack shipped back to me and got another him-haw reaction. This is all the more aggravating by the fact that when I initially called to make inquiries about their products, one of their customer service people hounded me by phone to try to get me to place an order and I finally had to tell them to stop calling me; when I was ready to order, I would order.

The custom fireplace doors were made correctly and fit very well.

My only dissatisfaction was with the installation process. I found the instructions and the hardware complex, confusing and difficult. I had to improvise and fabricate in order to complete the installation.

Compared to other modern assembly instructions I’ve used for furniture, bicycles, and other products, yours is the worst.

The sales associate that assisted me with my order was amazing, informative, and really helped me make my final selection.

Delivery was a breeze - now just waiting to install it.

Woodland Direct is a company with integrity. They have exceptional products and customer service. I would recommend them to all my friends and family, and already have!

Equipment failed and needed to be replaced. It took awhile but received it under warranty.

I tried to order and was not able to. The address drop down box did not have 1411 hwy 34 west. It had 1411 Newnan ga., but that does not tell what side of town. I got discouraged and backed out.

I later went back in the next day and selected the 1411 Newnan Ga., then put my complete address on the second address line.

I don’t understand not letting a customer make a purchase because their address is not in the drop down box. Y’all could be loosing customers?

Hope the wood rack is as nice as it is presented in your aid.

Our landscape architect specified a Woodland Direct fire pit. The fire pit arrived to their studio and was carefully stored in the palette in which it arrived. When it was time for install and the fire pit palette opened, the fire pit was discovered to be damaged. Woodland Direct would not accept responsibility, offer a replacement, nor a solution to correct the issue that I strong feel was theirs to correct. We will be sharing this incredibly poor customer service experience with our friends and family and will NOT be recommending Woodland Direct to anyone going forward unless they make this right.

The most helpful staff you could ever buy from. They keep impeccable records if you ever have questions about a purchase you made even if it was years ago.
Highly recommend buying from this company.
