The order came on time, no issues with packaging and the product itself. I love the product
There was no order tracking option available, had to contact Woo design directly to ask about ETA, I got reply the same day but would be great to get some more notifications if waiting time is quite long.

Great selection of stylish designs, very helpful staff and items delivered in line with the envisaged timelines.

Gorgeous high quality furniture with amazing customer service

They are not good at customer service. They plead that they have no control over the manufacturer or delivery company. If so, why are they even in business? In contrast, Bo Concept receive the goods at their own facility and then ask me when it would be convenient for me to receive furniture from them. The delivery people for the goods I bought at Woo tell me to wait around all day for two days so they can deliver at their own convenience. The goods cost way too much for this kind of treatment.

Really happy with my wall mirror from Woodesign. The quality is excellent and it looks even better than expected. It was also very well packaged and delivered safely and on time. Great service from start to finish — I would definitely recommend Woodesign! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely bits of furniture. Bought 3 side tables. Well packaged. Looked like as advertised. Lovely helpful staff. Only downside was wait time but was worth it.

Great service and great product

The doors are not symmetrical and the holes are unaligned meaning the cabinet is unstable.

The open mechanism is push-to-open but the holes for this hardware are misaligned meaning the right is unusable because it’s pointing at an angle.

Do not be lured by the words "In Design We Trust". I am architect and missed critical words at end of product info on self assembly. READ small print ie. ALL PRINT . If buying on a mobile like I do, scroll passed description, keep scrolling past photos and dimensioned drawings, scroll pass delivery info and return policy.. Depending on item alternatives in the collection pop in here. Scroll down until you get to good to know , and then last words .. self assembly.. yes... Other retailer place assembly instructions in with product documents. In terms of interaction I had one conversation with the manager whom explained the item was too big to ship. I explained I partially assembled would have been perfectly acceptable to arrive in two components. It arrived in 299 pieces. The proposed back of cabinet made up of strips is 3mm MDF not solid pine per description. I studied woodwork as part of Architecture so will make up alternative back. I had to cover exposed screw holes with stickers provided . Imagine!!!

I love my bubble tree coat rack, it's like a piece of wall art which is what I was looking for. The online picture was lovely but the actual bubble tree WOW! Woodesign are great to buy from no problems whatsoever and my order arrived ahead of time. I would certainly recommend WOO.design absolutely fantastic.

Coat use over the winter.

I ordered a rustic bench. It was very expensive. It took three weeks to arrive and I was told it was coming from Denmark and that it was made to order . I received somebody else's order. I then had to be available in order for my incorrect delivery to be picked up or I couldn't receive my order which went to the wrong person. Once it finally arrived, it had a label saying it was made in china . The craftsmanship was very poor and wood filler was shoved in everywhere. Also one keg was shorter that the rest which means it wobbles every time I sit on it!! I would never order from this company again and definitely do not recommend.
