This company is trading under the name of woodenblinds.co.uk. The blinds actually come from Blinds by Post and owned by Hudson Blinds and Shutters.
I ordered the perfect fit blinds. The blinds are poorly manufactured and are not fit for purpose, the quality is shocking. The slats are poorly cut and warped.
The customer service is appalling and they take along time to respond. The staff are also rude.
They don't respond to refund requests and I have had to wait nearly two months for a refund. Please don't buy from these companies. You will regret doing so!

Pre sales enquiry promptly handled, incredibly quick delivery (arrived next day), all looking and working as described, quality seems fine (time will tell) and just what I needed to replace crumbling plastic blind.

I had a query about ordering some venetian blinds with an order value of about £300.
I called and got through to someone who sounded willing but couldn't answer my question (though it was a pretty straightforward question about how long the cords would be). She advised me to email the sales team, so I did.
I waited a few days and emailed again. It's been almost a week now and not even an automated email in reply.
If that's their pre-sales service, I don't trust their after sales service.

Do not buy from this company it is litrally a joke paying over the odds for fake wood blinds no help or anything says 14 days return that's a lie and also very rude when spoke

Asked for a replacement blind that my cat destroyed.

I have had a really poor experience with this company. Paid nearly £250 for 2 patio blinds. 1 blind was sent too big and the other was missing brackets. The wrong size one still hasn't been replaced 5 weeks later and I am no closer to a resolution or any kind of compensation. The quality isn't brilliant on them either as they have started warping already with the recent warmer weather. Customer Services (Emma and Abigail) have always answered my calls and emails in a pleasant and professional way, but they clearly have little control of things and almost pay lip service. I would seriously consider alternatives as their control of quality prior to shipping, deliveries (or lack of) and workshop recognising they have made a mistake is just not joined up. I have never had this experience and have ordered many blinds over the years for projects. My next stage unfortunately will be down the Trading Standards route if it isn't resolved in the next week.

Brilliant company, customer service are easy to speak to. Quick delivery and good product. Sent me extra brackets and clips! Would use again

I’ve used this company 3 times over the last 12 months. 2 bay windows and a full height glass conservatory now have new blinds. The rooms look amazing and better than imagined. The blinds were all exactly cut to my sizes and the quality is fantastic. Delivery and notifications were very good. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in future projects. Next day dispatch if order before 11am is there tag line which is a load of rubbish. Ordered on. Wednesday still hadn’t arrived by Monday and couldn’t provide tracking.

Then trying to get a refund for the blinds was like blood from a stone! Ringing and emailing everyday and still chasing, even though they “confirmed” to credit card company they will refund. Terrible

Ordering was no problem and quality is amazing nice pure white blinds so easy to put up straight forward delivery was so fast aswell would definitely recommend woodenblinds 100%

Very poor quality. Some of the slats are warped and when I shut the door the slats shake and open and close in different directions in the string mountains. The measurement including the clips was correct

They even offer next day dispatch - I ordered my blind on Wednesday and it was on my doorstep on Friday morning, ready to be installed over the weekend. I am over the moon and will be placing many more orders!

Ordered wooden venetian blinds, was really easy on their site. Fast delivery and so easy to install. I’m so happy with them, they look so expensive but didn’t cost as much as other companies.
