Really happy with the joinery work in our home. The quality and attention to detail are fantastic, and the finished result is even better than we imagined. Everything was done with such care and professionalism. We absolutely love it and would highly recommend!
A doggy company that does work under various company names. Issues an invoice (698A) payable in 30 days, then after only 2 days sends threatening emails for immediate payment - they must have SERIOUS cash flow problems or their accounting department and sales department are incompetent. AVOID this company. i have copies of original work order from a gutter / roof company as that was the work to be done, then get invoice from this joinery company net 30 days, and then threatening emails after 2 days. I go back to my original opening - DOGGY operation - mixing business of 2 companies.

Dear reviewer,
We take all feedback seriously; however, we have no record of any customer interaction or invoice matching your name to the invoice reference quoted.
All our invoicing and payment terms are clearly agreed in writing with our clients prior to any work being carried out. It is also important to note that our reminder emails are automated courtesy notices, not threatening messages, and are sent purely for convenience, especially for small projects that are often completed well under the standard 30 day payment term.
As we cannot identify you as a customer, we have therefore requested verification from Trustpilot and ask you to provide evidence of any genuine interaction.
For transparency, while we are new to Trustpilot, our established Google reviews reflect our service standards and customer satisfaction.
Thank you.
