Very disappointed with the service at MOT Wokingham Motcentre.
I took my Volkswagen in for a full service. During the work they broke my front windscreen — and worse, they didn't say a word about it. I only found out when I noticed it myself. When I raised it with them, instead of taking responsibility, they told me to claim it through my own insurance, which is completely unacceptable. The damage was caused by them, not me.
I have called them numerous times to sort this out and I'm still waiting for a proper response. The customer care has been pathetic and far from honest. I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

I would like to say thank you to Wokingham Tyre and MOT Centre for them to resolve the car battery warranty for me. Reliable and strongly recommend.

This is a friendly business. Everyone here is polite. The receptionist was welcoming. The mechanics are very clear. I would recommend this garage. You guys are doing a really good job. I will be bringing my wife's care hereon.

They are very unprofessional. I booked a service 3 weeks in advance and when arrived to book the service, they tried to sell new tyres, no needed and refused the service. Do not use this company, they are not truthful

Customer service was great, polite and helpful. Had my car mot done, it failed on a gator boot which they replaced the same afternoon to pass mot at a reasonable price. Excellent all round. My Citroen C4 successfully and safely mot for the year

I booked a tyre fitting service through Black Circles and chose Wokingham MOT and Service Centre because of their positive reviews but unfortunately had a very different experience.
My order had two complementary services of MOT and wheel alignment. Upon arrival, I was told that the car had to go through the MOT first, which I did not want to, because two tyres needed changing and would have otherwise failed the test. After much puffing in my face, they said the MOT could not be done on the day, unless I chose to have it done and failed first, then retested after replacing the tyres. So, I chose not to have the MOT done. OK, no biggie. But then, it took them two and a half hours to replace four tyres and they scratched one alloy in order to remove the previous balancing weight. I mean they went over and over with a metal brush on my 20" alloy wheel to remove this sticky weight.
Obviously I complained about that but got not a word in the way of an apology. Only that they had to remove the previous weight and that's the way to do it. They also said I shouldn't worry as as soon as the wheel gets dirty again, it would not be noticeable (!!). In the meanwhile, they also managed to add more value with a totally soiled door panel and carpet from muddy boots.
I phoned up BlackCircles for a complaint and a refund for the MOT and alignment.
So, in short, an experience of rude staff and unprofessional and sloppy service.
Never, ever more.
