Reading a lot of the reviews concerned me about my own redemption. I had purchased a coin package for $15.99 and ended up redeeming $750. My verification went fine although after putting in my redemption it put my redemption date 2 weeks out I had messaged yotta about it and asked why so long and they responded in about a day and a half stating it was for fraud purposes and I should receive my deposit within one to two business days on date posted on my account I said I understand and carried on however it wasn't two weeks I ended up getting my full redemption no problem in about exactly one week. I will be the first to say I have been screwed royally by a few so-called sweeps casinos like Scarlet sand they are awful and sweep jungle but I can honestly say I had a good experience so far with Yotta so I have to give it a five star did me just fine just redemption took a little longer than the liking.

This fuckass app let me put in 500$ but when I put in my correct info they shut down my account. I’m making a lawsuit

Yotta refuses to pay out any money and 1000's, including myself have lost all of our savings

Deleted the wrong account and stole 120$ from me

Won for the first time today. Had acct since june 2025 no issues. This is my only acct..after they had me verify my ID. It was approved then a hour later i recieve a message saying my acct will be closed. I was given no reason. I guess they cant cover $106.00. There are so many well ran online casinos that wouldnt consider this behavior. Its stealing.. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

They say that the redemption is not guaranteed a certain date. I’m verified I’ve been waiting a week and I’m really afraid I won’t get it now. I use a lot of social gaming and the fact that si many can cash out same day or instant or within three days and some refuse is honestly insane

The first couple times I put 5 on it nothing came of it so I said 3rd times the charm and withdrew 500+ so its good real

Made an account early October bought 5Yc and joined using my friends referral code i decided today id spent another 5 for my friend to get his bonus and I ended up with just over $101YC. never had any issues with verification for weeks before this but when I try to get my redemption out it says my accounts locked to talk to support. I message them and dont even get a hey how can I help u just a few words saying "we reviewed your account. You're account is now being terminated and closed. So its a complete scam from what I've read as they have a reputation of not paying out if you actually win anything

Been playing on Yotta for a while but recently turned my .20 daily into 264 and am waiting for a cash-out, If the payment doesn’t land for whatever reason i’ll update but for now i’ve had plenty of fun on there. Turned my little daily bonus into $162 and it won't let me cash it out. I verified my ID just fine but when I put in my social security number it locked my account "for security reasons". I have never had a yotta account before and if i did i never cashed out on it which is the point it asks for the social. Been emailing and messaging support but so far no response. I will update my review if anyone ever answers me and im allowed to cash out my winnings

Update: my cash out went smoothly and no issues from this site. Yota is legit. Of course I haven't won again since then so I don't play on their site too often since I don't seem to win anymore.

I've been playing in this casino site/app for the past 4-5 days. I just won a little over $100 and cashed out $100 to my bank account just now. It said it could take until 10/8 to receive the deposit. I'm leaving this rating at 5 stars - if I don't receive the deposit for some reason I'll adjust the rating and lower the stars but for now I'm optimistic.

Don’t play here especially if you have a bit of compulsive gambling issues (like myself) because they want to take advantage of you. They are currently waiting with fingers crossed I’ll cancel my withdrawal and lose every penny before they even try to send it. If that doesn’t sound like pure scum nothing is. Up to 7 days for a crypto withdrawal is a JOKE.

Edit: it’s now been a whole 7 days I still don’t have my CRYPTO withdrawal lmao do not play here. 1/10 the only way they could get a worse rating is if I don’t get the money ever.

Like another user said I had a yotta account when they were a bank . I signed up for there "casino" and won and they don't respond to my emails to support because my account is locked . They claim my SSN is already in use . In what world is a bank and a casino the same type of account? Please make it make sense

Not only did this company lose my savings with no way to get it back, but their app is so buggy and error prone. Buttons don't work, random errors pop up and customer care is frustrating. It's just an overall painful experience. Don't risk your money in this dumpster fire of a fintech company.

7 day wait on crypto withdrawal of 3k!? They say it's to be safe and fraud and blah blah but never a real reason.Then when I ask questions they get annoyed and say there's nothing they can do so I ask can I talk to someone that can they act like there's nobody that can do anything. Day 7 is here and they won't reply to me. This is a ridiculous wait for this day and age! Other than that I love the app.
