SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM

Ordered 2 dresses from there website which they advertised on FB - Messaged them to ask where my ordered was just got automatic replies for ages - then a message to say the dresses are out of stock and when manufactured will send - have messaged back to say I want a refund as they did not state that they were out of stock when purchased and you have taken money for the dresses - still no refund so have reported to my bank

So disappointed. When my two bracelets arrived the gift boxes were damaged and the actual bracelets are of cheap quality. I have requested a refund by the company has not even replied to my emails. Do not buy from them.

Order never del order on the 23 April now its 11 May no sigh of the oder email them 3 times no reply order number 167658 my next move is customs and scam department

No update at all, no response to my emails, I’m going to start a PayPal dispute. I want my money back! Disgusting company, everyone avoid!

Do not use this company , if you can call it a company. Took my money 6 weeks ago no goods or emails answered. No refund.

Took my money …. Weeks ago no bracelet contacted them by email and Facebook and they say still in china yet it was supposed to be a uk site totally discusted

I would have give a zero review! I ordered 2 reading glasses since November and I have NOT received any of my orders. This is definitely a scam!

I have ordered for the second time first order arrived great this time no I have loads of scam on my mail box when I go onto track it takes me to a site asking for a pound to deliver not a cat in hells chance are they getting my bank details I payed through paypal when you order you pay postage so why are they asking for more it is the companies duty to pay correct postage I wouldnt care but it's a small letterbox size package

Ordered 2 of the fidget rings one for my daughter and one for my friends daughter , both have sent their fingers green. I have messaged the company and not heard anything back

If I could give no stars I would, absolutely rubbish company. They sent the wrong item that I paid for, you send emails to customer service they never respond, I’ve sent probably 5 emails by now!! No contact from them whatsoever- I recommend you buy from somewhere else.

Owl Gloves. Total waste of time and money. I will be seeking a refund. Listed as Nordic hand knitted. Machine knitted badly the "Owl" motif is a sad blob nothing like the Images listed. The address listed as UK to bring people in. Takes ages to arrive from wherever they are made.(You can take a guess). very unhappy will never use again

I am totally disgusted with this company I made a purchase on the 10th December 2023 for my Granddaughter I have since emailed customer services on two occasions 21st 26th of December 2023 no reply . This a small item no reason for not being delivered is as stating Uk company .This is obviously not the truth all lies .Also the monies have been taken from my account on the 12th December 2023 for goods I have not received with no tracking facility .
If the goods do not arrive or no further update within the next week I will be escalating and reporting as fraud site .

Did not receive the it it was christmas presente for my grandchild so diserpointed

Never ever ever use this company. They have ripped me off with an item I thought I purchased in UK. It comes or sorry never came from China. There are no tracking details. I am raging at myself for falling for this!

My owl gloves arrived today, nothing like the picture on Facebook, in fact so poor I am not going give them as Christmas present I ordered them for, proper rip off, not UK based, not cheap at £22.00, rubbish.

I wrongly believed it was a company in UK because of email address. Why are they saying wishpocket uk when not in this country. Didn't expect much because of the price but gosh its even cheaper looking than I expected, you'd get better out of seaside arcade where you have only to put small change in to get it.Shall never deal with them again AVOID

If I could give a no star I would absolutely awful I'm on a budget with the economy crisis we are in I ordered a ring that cost me just over 11 pound I no it doesn't seem much but to me it was my daughter has adhd autism and anxiety so the fidget ring sounded perfect but it never arrived disgusting site

Beware!!…they have just tried to scam me for extra money £1 at customs and I NEARLY put my card details in!!!!! Karma had big teeth you robbing……well I don’t need to finish that sentence….just EVERYONE spread the word on all social media…coz you can easily not be paying full attention and trip up so let’s look after our own and spread the word …sorry for everyone that are decent hard working people that had been rinsed by scum

Order an item for my son money taken straight away no emails from them cannot track don’t reply to emails .
Think they take your money with no goods
Maybe take them to small claims courtn
